Also in case you are wondering why I know so much about this, it's because I am from Bulgaria but luckily escaped because of corruption. Bulgaria has an arms problem, most of these nukes were built using the remains of weapons the soviets dumped near Sliven.
all governments are corrupt, saying that your government is corrupt is like saying that your water is wet. what separates a good government from a bad government is whether only the elites can afford to buy them off or can the common man afford it also. bulgaria seems like maybe the sort of place where even i could afford to buy off the government
it sounds pretty enticing to me. of course you lived there so maybe you could set me strait.

Honestly, that documentary only shows the TINIEST amount of this, this is much much bigger than what you think from watching the documentary.

There was a more credible journalist who bought one and had it tested and verified by experts, I'll post the link here when I find it again, if you've got access to nuclear waste (power plant) its extremely easy to build a nuke, you could do it in your kitchen.

our government has the largest and most guns.
Your government says they have the largest guns without knowing exactly what their enemies have. People sell nuclear weapons on street corners in Bulgaria (this is not bullshit, Google is your friend), America isn't the powerhouse it pretends to be and people are starting to get seriously pissed at the US. It only takes one nuke to destroy new york, yet nuclear weapons get seized from citizens in eastern Europe everyday (by the government, not from them, they have their own too).
These are just normal everyday criminals who have these nukes, I can't even imagine what kind of weapons governments around the world are hiding if their citizens have nukes.
I'm predicting another world war very soon...
