just fud. people want to buy bitcoin with low price. so if they make you panic sell they will be successful
they agains bitcoin because they dont know what bitcoin is and they see the price is huge so that they imagine this is scam and dont know how to earn thats why some people agains of this.
Most people do not study bitcoin, so they do not understand what it is. At the same time the mass media that most people are read say that bitcoin is unreliable. This is the reason that people are afraid.
I think they don't know how internet money works and more over they won't show towards reading and understand the technology behind the bitcoin. Many major companies are supporting Bitcoin and altcoins because technology is making them to convince.
Actually most of the people are scare to invest money even we all of us also scare to invest money but when we get proper knowledge of anything then we can easily decide we have to invest or not. And I think may be they don't know about Bitcoin properly. Thats why they are against Bitcoin.
I think the word against is proper to be used in this question. For i believe that people who until now did not accept bitcoin is not really against it but they just have reservation with regards to it since they dont know it fully well yet. And i bwlieve this is just only normal primarily because it involves money, but if this could be properly explained to them then there is a great possibility that they will soon invest too.
As btc is taxfree,so many people are agaist against it specially tge governments.Again,bareness of knowledge about bitcoin is another reason to go agaist btc.

Some people who are against of bitcoin are those people who have a bad experience in bitcoin. For example they are scammed or their money did not grow, instead they lost a lot of money and many more thats why theyre against to bitcoin. Lets be open for all the possibilities that some of those people who engage theirselves in bitcoin became successful and others will not.Well if I was the one you are talking about then I don't have the right to become against on bitcoin. Because bitcoin just gives me an opportunity, and me wasted that opportunity because I don't play good on this game. I should be against on myself for that and not on bitcoin. Because it is all my fault, bitcoin do nothing on my lost. We handle how we gain or lost a thing, so we don't have the right to blame bitcoin for that.

On my own belief, I think they are not so many. Some people actually are not against on bitcoin but they just don't know what bitcoin is. They think it is just a scam, some online job that is going to waste their time. But they are not really against on bitcoin, they have no idea, and is not interested that is why they don't invest on it and people like you saying they are against on bitcoin. Many people find this an opportunity for them to have a better life, So why would they be against on this?
Maybe those who are in higher positions, like government of a large country or whatsoever. I think they are the one who are against bitcoin because once bitcoin conquer their field, a lot of money will be loose on them, because bitcoin will free us and take out government on our ground. And they are not really to many, so I believe you are wrong that many people are against on bitcoin.
I´m Bitcoin supporter and enthusiastic. But at the same time, i try always to keep an open mind, about the position of Bitcoin in the rest of the world.

Really? I didn't know about it... But as this study was made by a bank there could be some doubts about its legitimacy and neutrality. It's interesting for banks to deceive public opinion about Bitcoin as they are the most harmed by this technology. They have enough reasons to hate Bitcoins and start such campaigns against it. We don't even know what is the electricity consume on each house.
It is because it isn't legitimized now we see many countries introducing tax to it and setting regulations against it this would mean anyone who would hate bitcoin and cristise you, you don't have to worry because it will now be legit coin

Some if not most of these people are, One, scared of the unknown. As we all know the unknown gets the best of all or some of us but it is just a matter of knowing what it trully is. Second, these people might have learned bitcoin from the wrong people. People who have wrong information spread the same information so one by one every person that had encounter with these people tend to know nothing good about bitcoin so they will be against it. Some of these people are the ones saying that it is a scam when it really is not. Third is that some people tend to cling on the past they just dont want to let go. They still use the traditional currency and so they dont pay attention to bitcoin.
I think they who against bitcoin just tell a lie. Look the case of JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon, He said the bad thing about Bitcoin. But the truth is that he invested Bitcoin after the price down to get profit. He's just a scammer. 
No only that, JP Morgan is hypocritical too. It's not a "secret" JP Morgan has been testing Blockchain technology in their banks to transfer money between Tokyo and London for example with 2000 clients to see how it Blockchain will wore/perform.
Banks are very affraid of BitCoin and I know one trader that swears for his life if BTC grows too big Banks will do everything in their power to destroy it, but once Pandora Box is opened is too late that's my answer.
Some people can be against Bitcoin because of stereotypes, little knowledge about how it works and biggest amount against will be a group of people that never heard about it - lack of trust and confidence. Tech savvy people understand that bitcoin is a future already and that why we taking part of this journey together.
One reason why: they haven't know everything about what bitcoin is and is all about. We do not raise ourselves that we know all about bitcoin but of course before entering such sites you must know what it is, what does it do, what are the benefits, etc. Some may know about Bitcoin and still don't like it, maybe they can't make time for that because of some things in their lives.

There are people whose business is negatively affected by bitcoins thus obviously they won't like bitcoins , well the banking sector is against it since people now have a new way to invest and store money, the enterpeuners are also not supporting bitcoins because they have affected the share market and the value of stocks are low because people are finding bitcoins a finer alternative, now the main problem working in the USA government are also finding bitcoins a threat to dollars , besides government of most countries are not supporting bitcoins because they are negatively affecting the national banks run by the government thus decreasing the revenue generated.

But at the end of the day they have made our life easier.

chances are they are against bitcoin in because they do not know what info is Cryptocurrencies. Therefore it is necessary to give an understanding of what is Cryptocurrencies and bitcoin. That way they will understand and I am sure if they already understand will be attracted to enter the world of bitcoin because it is able to change a person's economy.
They think bitcoinhas no guranty. Because it is intangible .it can't hold by hand . insecurity remains in their mind . that's why they are against of btc.

I think they dont against bitcoin. They dont have much information about bitcoin so they fear it. Many people are afraid of losses. Some people are not open to innovation. They are even afraid to use Internet banking or to buy something on Internet with credit card.
