Yes, There's still a lot of people who are against or do not believe in bitcoin and what I think of is - it is because of the risk of security. I even tried to discuss this with my friends at work and they do not believe that they can earn money in bitcoin even without any investment.
Many People think that bitcoin is illegal and bitcoin is using criminal activities.many countries don't accept bitcoin because their people don't realise bitcoin facilities.

People who are against bitcoin because they do not get the slightest benefit from bitcoin, they only believe in bitcoin negative news, such as bitcoin dangerous because it is used for illegal transactions, I think this is not important, as long as bitcoin community strengthens then this is no problem.
Many people assume that bitcoin it could bring harm to everyone, because people think bitcoin is often used for such terrorist crime, drugs. so many people around the world against the presence of bitcoin.
Too many accusations because they didn't want to look at the positive way of Bitcoin, they just simply hate it then they will absolutely find everything that bad and stick all of them with the titlle "Bitcoin" and spreading it out to the world . 2017 they failed on it but actually the goverments did very well in 2018 , specially in the first quarter of the year.

Ignorance. Most people don't know how the technology behind Bitcoin works. It's human nature that if you don't know anything about something you tend to go away from it.
Unreliable sources. And if these people who are ignorant about Bitcoin learn something bad it which is not true. It will scare them more.

Many peoples don't know the mechanism that how bitcoin is worked so lack of knowledge is first thing that makes them against the bitcoin they don't understand the system behind it.
These are those who are clueless about how bitcoin works and how they can make a profit, sometimes there are still many people who do not understand bitcoin as gambling even as a fraud is harmful, and some are against it because they already feel left behind the price of bitcoin at this time and expect bitcoin prices to come back down for them to buy, once they buy them turn around the price of bitcoin rises as high, maybe that's one of their ideas.
And the other set of people that, just don't like bitcoin because of its risk and also the volatility because there is a high chance that bitcoin might just lead to a huge price dump which will result for a huge loss for them also so they prefer to stay away from bitcoin but overall they are not against bitcoin they just don't like it.

in my opinion those people who fight Bitcoin are people who do not know the usefulness of Bitcoin, or they just heard Bitcoin from the talk of people. if only those who resisted Bitcoin had entered and invested in Bitcoin, surely they would change their minds. they will be happy with Bitcoin.

Their knowledge is insufficient and it is the reason why they are against to the bitcoin. I am sure that they will regret all of the things that they if they found out what is the benefits that they can get from the bitcoins.

I think alot of people haven't taken the time to understand what it is. But, in the coming years more and more people will be introduced to it. Showed my dad a documentary of Bitcoin last night. He seems less against it now 
Yes, but to add it might also be because a lot of vig companies and especially the banks or fiat money are threathened with the potentials of bitcoin this is a big reason too.
many people are against the bitcoin because it serve as a threat to them. bankers, brokers, financial institutions, government all do not want the bitcoin to be successful. government fear it will be impossible to tax the users. bankers and brokers see it as a threat to their work as people will not trade with fiat again. most importantly bitcoin might be a quick way to make good money if you invest it which some people become jealous of the success that come out of it 
Most people don't really understand what is bitcoin , they heard about some bitcoin and they compare him with dot-com bubble. And there are people that I really hate, the one who didn't invest in bitcoin when it was $200 , so they are mad now and writing against bitcoin all the time.
