Because of the lack of confidence in the investment. Right now there is a lot of fake investment so maybe they (against bitcoin) are not easy to believe in new investments.
People tend to be pessimistic in bitcoin maybe because they think that it is a bubble that will burst anytime now. It is a scam and used by criminals with their illegal activities. It is decentralized in nature that is why it is easy to do all the dirty works because no authority can trace and control the transactions.
Probably because it is so unstable and there are so many risks associated with it. In addition, bad news in the media does not add to the trust in it 
I am also curious why there are so many people who are against Bitcoin. I think that they don't have any interest into it or probably they do not know what are the benefits of Bitcoin. If they would just learn to understand the side of Bitcoiners maybe they will not be against in Bitcoin.
I think many people against bitcoin because of scam
I think it is because they don't want digital currencies they want to stay with Fiat,
They don't want the anonymity they want some regulation and want to make sure of their money's safety ,
They think that banks are much more safer than digital currency.

Yes, There's still a lot of people who are against or do not believe in bitcoin and what I think of is - it is because of the risk of security. I even tried to discuss this with my friends at work and they do not believe that they can earn money in bitcoin even without any investment.
people we do not understand, we can't trust the bitcoin. Do they really harden it? Try to show them your profit in bitcoin most probably they would ask you about bitcoin. some doesn't believe because they don't understand and doesn't see show them your earnings they will ran after btc.
The issue is just many government of each countries has not adopted it because of the threat some of them think bitcoin can bring as it decentralized and also anonymous transactions which can be used to launder without traces and government always against AML..
With bitcoin being decentralized I think that it is the government and people with authority who always go against bitcoin. They are afraid that their control with the currency and trading might be affected. Once bitcoin is accepted they are afraid that they cannot control the price anymore. Bitcoin can compete with them and they don't have the ability to manipulate it. I think some people are afraid of bitcoin now because of the fact that one day they can't control anyone anymore because of these new technologies and virtual currencies emerging. They're afraid they won't be able to cope up with these things that they discourage any people who gets interested with bitcoin.
Yes im believing that someday the bitcoin will grow and the time that the bitcoin will be legal in our country and use as payment for the small stores. The people who against bitcoin is the people that want to control the price but the bitcoin is decentralized and no one can control bitcoin. I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin? is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?
It is very simple, they want to pull bitcoin down in order for them to benefit from it. I would say that this action is done by bitcoin competitor or it could be act from those btc price manipulator.

I think that against BTC, only people who do not understand what kind of technology it is. Those who think that everything around is a hoax. as a rule, they are not very smart and wealthy people.

I think it is because they already tried being scammed or hacked. They are against of bitcoin because they never tried the life chanhing effect that bitcoin. We cant blame those who are against in bitcoin beacause I think they are just thinking for the safetiness of their money. Being careful is a good habbit but we must have our own research before we judge something. So many people are against in using bitcoin because some of them says it can cause to much electricity etc. but they do not think the positive way of having bitcoin and using it.
In fact, many criminals are using bitcoin to engage in illegal activities and launder money. Most people are worried about the negative effects of Bitcoin, but their focus is not on good places! I believe that one day they will pay close attention to Bitcoin!
Many people want to get quick profit from the bitcoin When he took, but he never wait watch bitcoin price and he/she want to sell quickly , This is reason for then he/she blame bitcoin. but they don't know many people earn from bitcoin.
Indeed,I personally think that governments will eventually be forced to accept the concept of cryptocurrencies the same way the US government has had to accept both marijuana and guns; there’s just too many people owning and using these things for them to ever be made illegal in any practical way. Bitcoin (or some other crypto like Ethereum) will be the same.

Anonymity is no longer the main factor, as there are a number of altcoins in existence which are even more anonymous than Bitcoin. Anyway, with the recent price crash, I don't think that a lot of people would be looking forward to launder their money using Bitcoins.
