because they want to get a big money from the ico industry and they know that there will be many people that want to get involved in the ico so they use this opportunity to make sure many people to join with them. but after many people join with them, they only take their money and then run away without any news. but I am sure that soon, they will make a big mistake by cheating many people and they will get caught and the worse is they can get in a jail and it's only a matter of time before they can get this.
Because so many peoples want to get rich fast. They don't care about being asshole, only think for their own benefits.
ICO is a way to investing your money to cryptocurrency. Investment is need a time to become profitable.

yes, you are right ... with so many bastards at ico it makes investors afraid of investing so many ico fail .. that bastard wants to get rich fast but does not want to work hard and this is really worrying about crypto in the future ICO is a way to investing your money to cryptocurrency. The main reason for the current deplorable situation in the crypto industry in my opinion is due to the fact that this market is just starting its hard way to the top. Those ten years that there is a crypto currency by the standards of history is just an instant. In order to form reliable mechanisms for managing the crypto-currency market, at least 30-50 years must pass. NASDAQ went its way since 1971, before becoming one of the three major stock exchanges in the United States.
Definitely to get money from other person who invest in Ico industry. As we all know there are many people become interested in investing in Ico as also scamers truly existing. This is why we have to be careful first when choosing an Ico.
i can guarantee that the main reason for this is money, they see that by running an ico will make a lot of profit, but since their goal is to have a lot of money, they dont even care about the development and any possible growth of the project.

This industry is unique in many ways, but it has a similar number of stupid people per square inch than the rest. It is a new economy and many different people are inclined to run to it.

ICO industry is full of cheaters want to take your money and run away. The main reason is lack of regulation. Futhermore nobody can punish you and track your real location.
Nobody punish fake advisors or beneficiaries of scam ICO with police or something like that.
because lack of regulations then scam ICO will always be attempts to stole people money with offering fake project but unfortunately they too will ruin ICO and cryptocurrency reputations that currently the people who suffering to get scam from ICO will starting to consider cryptocurrency scam and this is not good for crypto development i think ICO industry is full of cheaters want to take your money and run away. They are given way too much money than is good for them that is why they are such assholes to other people. They tend to think that since they have made so much money that they are better than others. If you look at their behaviours you will understand that they do not care how much their actions affect people as long as they keep making money.

It is true there is really a lot of lousy ICO companies out there. For some reason a lot of companies customer has dropped to total garbage. It's like because there's a technological revolution everything else gets thrown aside.
Like the old saying, money is the root of all evil. Same thing goes for ICO scammers. The reason why they scam people is to get money from them by means of ICO. What I hate the most is that they are not being punished. There are hundreds of scam ICO's and I have never heard a news that someone got caught. Hate to say this but there is no justice for those who were being scammed.
It's better to say why the market is now an ass. Many people are here to make money and in what ways do it anyway. Whether it will be simple fraud or speculation does not matter, the main thing is to get more than you invest. Hence we get such a collapse.
