why ? simply because cryptocurrencies are now becoming a trend . cryptos were now popular than before so any people of all ages or any gender whether male or female can now possibly be involved with it . women do also want to earn extra income because thier husbands might not fullfill thier needs or the budget that is given to them by thier partner is only limited for the house and for thier children , sometimes the budget is short , this is the reason why housewives or women/female are now active on finding way to earn money in the form of crypto/trading .
in my opinion women are more identical with feelings in acting while men do with responsible actions. women tend to be afraid of risk, they are weak in many ways, both physically and mentally. and others may think that trading is a toy for men.
Men are more likely to take more dangerous risk, and that is why you find men more in crime scene than women, women is too weak for some of the risk that we have in cryptocurrency market and fear would not allow them to take part in it. We have women in other part of the countries that are solely depending on their husband, and they would like to be accountable for whatever amount that is being given toy them, and out of fear, they would not want to spare any money to risk in cryptocurrency business.For thee stronger women that not dependent or have their own personal business that gives them source of money, they would rather prefer to continue to invest in whatever they know how to do best than to get involved in a complicated system that they no nothing much about.

Cryptocurrency trading is a risky venture, and women does not like to take such type of risk, they don’t like risk that will give them doubt and uncertainties, if women had started trading bitcoin more, there will be so much volatility because you the market will just be witnessing serious dumping, that is their weakness and there is nothing we can do about it, they have been created that way.

True, most of the woman I've met in my environment are competent. They are very competitive in what they are doing which proved that they can handle almost everything that a man can do nowadays. The idea of "man is superior to woman" is becoming obsolete in this era and everyone should be taught this. I mean, I've met a lot of woman cryptocurrency traders and stock brokers in my life and they are quite successful in what they are doing.
It is only in cryptocurrency that I have truly not really seen their involvement, but I guess it is not yet time for them to be useful, if crypto can be legalized and regulated, I am sure that women will be very useful in this regard to really create awareness because they have lots of connection to do so. Look at Facebook platform, where a man is having 500 friends, woman already have their complete 5000 friends.

This simply proves that man is superior to women in most times, they just couldn't beat man's superiority in thinking somehow, I guess there are few but not quite the amount.
They somehow good at secretarial jobs rather than pure technical skills, there more male inventors and contributors to development and advancement of the world, they are somehow good in household chores. There are times the are weak mentally and physically mostly like in their menstrual cycles, they could do unpredictable and regretful decisions, put in in trading then you could lose all your money in an instant.

We can't stop someone from learning about this new technology especially to those women who wanted to be a trader.
On the other hand, gender equality might still not effective to some other people since society doesn't know to become fair for women because of the old norms that they believe in makes it harder for some other women to live up their life the way they want it. If you're a trader, gender is not being taken seriously since everyone can do that simple thing. But simply having a debate with a man is very unusual that's why they keep their distance and doing some trading without us knowing. If a human is interested in the knowledge then let them be even if its a man or a woman, when it comes to learning in cryptocurrency, there's no gender.
I'll repost my comment. It's not that women are not interested in crypto, it just happened that the initial "core" users of bitcoins were what we would call "nerds" that more often than not males (think of the Zucc or Gates). It's only normal that as it become mainstream, you'd see a more varied class of users as people of various sectors hear of it. Bitcoins and cryptos are simply money, you can use it whether you have a penis or not.
Can't do anything about men hitting up on women but yes, having a more "neutral" venue (preferably without alcohol) helps. In my country most of these meetups happen in convention centers or if not in fastfood chains (they reserve a portion of the restaurant) or in malls.

All of us have diversity of learning. Though we can say that the dominance in trading is in the part of the male, we could not say that all of females are not competent in this field. There are many telegram admins that I talk who are traders. We can't deny the fact that hormones does not affect the individual learning since nurture or environment affects tremendously than heredity. I think that cryptocurrency does not really have what it takes to attract women to itself, if it was for making payment, I am sure many of them would have probably been using it to make payment for one or two of their personal needs, but for now, the crypto market has been turned to an investment market which many of them would not want to take such risk.
The reality of the fact is that people want to hire people they know and they hang around with, now I have seen plenty of man become friends with their colleagues and they go out together become friends in real life and continue their relationship even after they stop working in the same place.

This is a non issue, we are all just humans, no need to play these gender/race cards and try to get people up in arms. Just causes more drama and ultimately fuels more hatred like All the Donald Trump "racist" remarks.
