I think to be quite honest, a lot of us were uninformed about cryptocurrencu. Some of us barely knew anything about fintech and related matters. So I think that's enough excuse. There are so many people that are yet to be informed about cryptocurrency still, and the issue of doubt is still one that we cannot overlook.

Some of us were too young for learning about it, some of the people live in countries that didn't have decent internet back then, and I even saw one member of this forum claiming he is 9 year old  Cheesy Ask him where was he.  Grin

I joined the crypto currency because I had just known now and maybe I had missed many good opportunities at the time but I didn't regret that I was sure the crypto currency would continue to grow and I still had the opportunity

I learned about Bitcoin in 2012, I knew that you can earn it by mining, but I thought it was a hopeless occupation and didn't pay attention on it. Now I strongly regret about the missed opportunities and try again to jump into the last railway carriage of the departing train.

Previously , if I saw the cryptocurrency , I would not believe, and now I understand that this is the technology of the future and I want to be in this area.

I am not aware of Bitcoin during the year of 2009, I was very busy at work to make the company richer. I don't have time to look for my own financial status , I was busy looking the financial status the company I worked with. I stumble Bitcoin on 2015 and purchased my first BTC at 200 usd, so sad it was the dark days where HYIP flourished I've invested it all in HYIP, of course I loss. It was only 2017, that I started to focus on crypto and good thing I recoup those loss.

Most of us here never believed cryptocurrency will come this far when btc was launched. We would have rubbished any idea to join cryptocurrency at that time. Now some of us are a bit late but we are still better off than those who will inevitably join some years to come.So we have generational thinkers, kudos to those who started the fight earlier and brought the industry this far.

First of all I have lerned about the crypto in 2016 only and first I knew about it I did not believe in it, it was a bit strange to me - digital coins, bitcoin and so on, something from space. After that I lerned about it more, registered here on the Bitcointalk forum, learned lots of interesting about it, saw the real opportunities. Now I believe in it. I a, sure that the Bblockchain and the cryptocurrency is our future.

One of my friend came in cryptos in early 2011. he invested in BTC then, but he sold most of his holdings at mere 200% profit. Through him I came to know about cryptos in late 2013, but never became active until 2015. So, it doesn't really matter when you entered the market. No one in 2009 knew that BTC will go this big. In 2014, during major crash, most of the people sold their holdings. Everyone has his/her risk appetite and they trade accordingly. It isn't necessary that people who bought in 2009 were anyway willing to hold till now and didn't sell at 2x, 5x or 10x.

Then it was not as popular as it is now, and many simply did not believe that this can really make money, so many people began to be interested in this when there was a Bose growth

In 2009 we built pyramids, attracted customers and mastered new markets. We had something to do. You all know about the butterfly effect, it is possible that if you then began to mine the coins, now the bitcoin rate would be several times lower or, in general, it would not exist.

I was busy back then doing a normal day job and it was my Wife who first found out about Bitcoin. I have a deep regret for not telling her to buy up a few hundred Bitcoin when they were only just over a dollar. I think if we would have done that by now we would have had a very different life indeed and we could have helped so many people. I am happy though the early adopters got their prizes. I just hope it is not too late for us to be a part of this success story. Our portfolio has dwindled terribly in 2018 and it has been a disaster for us this year.

Im only 11 years old that time and all i wanted to do is to play around with my friends during that time. Technologies that time maybe i have idea what about on that but i think just a little bit. We cannot afford gadgets, devices or whatever about technologies that can be use in cryptocurrency that time. I only got my own gadget or device only a couple of years ago, maybe 2 or 3 years ago when i got my own. Im only here in the month of may this year only ,so i really need to learn a lot more to become good here and to be more knowledgeable about cryptocurrency.
Until now i can't believe that im here now because i really don't have idea about cryptocurrency before so thanks to my friends who taught me to this field.

I only knew cryptocurrency 6 months ago, and after learning I really enjoy cryptocurrency. From finding quality ICOs to investing and hunting for bonuses, I am constantly improving my knowledge of this market. I find this forum a very good place for us to discuss the exchange of knowledge about cryptocurrency. I think it's never too late, as long as you know the cryptocurrency, learn it thoroughly, and you will always be there because the market needs perseverance, wisdom and diligence.

I learned about the crypto currency a year ago and I'm glad that it happened. Despite the fact that in the new year the crypto currency market is in a downward trend, I believe in the future of the crypto- currency, and I try to earn as many coins as possible.

Few people in 2009 believed that encrypted currencies had a lot of potential, and by that time they had a lot of returns. Now you can notice its charm.

In 2009, I did not even know about this direction, but even if they told me about bitcoin, I certainly would not attach importance to this, like many of you.
