In my own opinion, I think Satoshi Nakamoto created bitcoin for the purpose of: The ability to earn profits to those people who think that they don't have a chance to earn huge profit. To those people who never imagined that there are other way to stabilized your financial status, other than working or doing business. And to those people who think that they will never have a chance to become a millionaire.

Well for me the one reason why they make a bitcoin is to make the life easier. Bitcoin or whqt we called digital currency is an online money to make fadter and easier every thing in the online. It can be used to buy products in the online shopping. And there are many online shop that accept bitcoin

Banks expect this freshly minted money to be returned to them with interest. Sure, banks need to keep adequate reserves. But these reserves basically consist of the same credit-based money. And reserves are much lower than the loans they make.
