I think that his fall is due to a new year. But after this event, he should become more. It's just a temporary fall, I'm more than sure.
The Bitcoin may drop because of the fast advent of altcoins. This is competition which affect it's current price. But this is only temporary because new investors will come up and existing investors who are already earning will invest more to gain more income.
I disagree because mostly there is no "competition" and there has never been any competition. altcoins have always been alternatives that traders go to whenever bitcoin price is not rising fast. during times like this they take their money and invest it in altcoins to increase it by making profit from alt pumps. then they come back to bitcoin and invest that money with its profit back into bitcoin.
you seem to be agreeing that it is temporary but you still consider this temporary alt pump as a "competition". care to explain why?

its just an effect of sudden spike in its value. it is already gaining momentum in price increase.

because people are selling it too much which lowers its value it was new year and people needed money . its price is like stock market its price goes higher if people are buying it or want it same goes other way. (Anyway English description ) and when stop ? any idea?

Demand and Supply with market cup leads price up or down. many buy them bitcoins in Christmas this is why price down.

I think it's natural activity for any digital currency, many of peolpe sell their bitcoins for fiat money so for sometimes bitcoin fall some down, but you see not fall about under 12000$! and now it's time to buy and gather some bitcoin.
It's a price correction, a huge one. Everything should be smooth in a couple days.

Bitcoin value was dropping recently because it under market correction. Thankfully, the bitcoin price started recovering very strong today with about 13% increase in value reaching up $15,000. That is a good sign showing bitcoin will soon be out of the correction period. and when stop ? any idea?
Btc was dropping because its holiday season and everyone needs money so they are selling their btc.
Up and down in bitcoun price is depends upon demand of bitcoin in market. May be due to price fluctuation many people's selling their bitcoin and thats why down in price seen from ladt few days.
Other factors like regulations of governments and acceptance of bitcoin in routine exchange, also affect bitcoins value. As bitcoin is open to all, no one has control over it. So people scared to invest in it.

because it is not dropping 
nearly a month ago price was below $10,000 and still in the 4 digit price levels and now it is in the 5 digit price levels and above $10,000. this is called a rise.
2 months ago it was a lot less and so on until 1 year ago which price was barely even $1000 and was struggling to exit the 3 digit price and enter 4. and now price is 10+ times more than that day. this is also called a rise.

I do not know for sure what the main cause of bitcoin is going down, because many things can make bitcoin down. but I rather rate, that bitcoin drops due to Christmas and the end of the year, and this happens every year.

I think this drop is due to the recent huge selling done with bitcoins. Holidays have just past, and that was the time when people might have thought to encash or spend their bitcoin holdings. And when there is a greater number of sellings of bitcoin i.e. more availability of bitcoin in the market, its value decreases. Also the prices went really high which made speculative sellers sell off their holdings.
Also, because the sellings were made by individuals and not some giant company, the fall in price is not very huge but marginal. Its kind of stable at a certain point.
With start of new year, hopefully new users will join bitcoins, may be investers may come in, and old holders shall try to regain their hold which will again create a virtual scarcity of bitcoins in the market and in result the prices will spike up. Sooner or later, the prices are again going to grow and probably stabalise for a good while.
Yeah,the holidays are the reason for recent price fall with bitcoin,but it will be stable in the coming days.The price dump and bump always happen with bitcoin but the price will surely recover from the dumps soon.SO it is better to buy some coins because I hope the price will start to rise in the coming days.

Don’t panic about the price dropping of btc. Its just normal its part of the market.and when stop ? any idea?
In the next two month price will soar again.
bitcoin downs, because of the Christmas celebrations and the end of the year, at that time they have to buy more needs and fulfill desires, like year-end holidays. so sales increase. and the bitcoin price drops. I do not know when this will end, and that definitely takes a long time.
This is mainly because of the difference between supply and demand. I think most of the huge bitcoin holders are selling their bitcoin to invest in other coins. Mostly on ETH. Most probably in next few weeks, bitcoin will rise up again to the moon.
Bitcoin is dropping only when demand is decreased and now a days mostly people are doing transaction due to which demand is decreasing and as demand is decreasing then price is start dropping. As people again start investing in BTC then price will be again start increasing.
Bitcoin mostly drops during holidays , lots of people withdraw their Bitcoin for their celebration expenses. But when holidays are over Bitcoin will naturally rise again.
