There can be no endless growth, especially given that several strong psychological levels have been broken through.
Correction should have been, it is inevitable.

As I said before Bitcoin is due for a correction. The price history showed us that that bitcoin doesn't just go UP, instead it makes strong rallies then suffers a correction which is completely normal. Bulls needs to rest before taking the price to another level and also bears must be fed from time to time. Wink

True, normally when the bitcoin is increasing like there's no tomorrow you had to be attentive to it's charts. What I do is sometimes even when I'm sleepy I don't want to miss any single peak on it, I learned from my past mistakes. And so the correction has happened for the quick increase of what made bitcoin did but after this correction expect that it will pass what peak we've seen, yes it will pass $11,000.

I'm guessing that 10k has become the new base amount for bitcoin given the steady rise thus far. As the most valuable crypto coin so far, i don't see any investors dumping bitcoin in both the short and long term. So going back to 9k is almost impossible.

My guess is hitting 10 000 was a milestone for a lot of people and it went as high as 11.5k+ earlier today then a whale sold off or something and here is the problem with a bunch of people who own a % selling.. they create a snowball effect and others panic and get scared and start selling. How low will it go? No one knows as for long term hodlers you have nothing to worry about : ). So just hold

That's how bitcoin is volatility works, we saw it at $11,000 and now it's getting lower because of the correction. When whales are cashing out, expect that weak handlers will do the same especially those people who are FOMO. This will make bitcoin healthy so this is normal and everyone has been waiting for this.

It's the operation Dragon Slayer, no one believed me but i told you guys, Roger Ver and his friends have a plan to kill Bitcoin and replace it by Bitcoin Cash. Bitcoin will dump to 1000

Why then is  Bitcoin Cash falling as well?? I'm about to sell mine.

If the smart money wants to buy more Bitcoin Cash , they need to buy it cheap, once the [Suspicious link removed]ives at 1000, BCC will start to rise and then you will see how easily replaced bitcoin will be

So I should hold? Or sell, take a loss and then buy back?

The news came out that the nasdaq will accept bitcoin futures, and can play to lower it, because it is set to it negatively

With this current higher price value of bitcoin nowadays I am able to see it that falling below $9000 might happen after the price surges at $10k. Regarding nasdaq acceptance of bitcoin I don't believe that they can play to lower it, because its been speculated already like china banning and no one succeed for that black plans. Bitcoin's negative speculations has brought its price to further rise even better, although the falling of its price really affected due to more dumps happening because the idea of selling bitcoin at higher price is their.

Don't worry people, this is just a phase. looking at bitcoin history, a bearish trend is healthy for it's growth. This what I believe is happening. Aim for $13k next! This will make other financial institutions notice BTC and its future so they'll join in, making btc price skyrocket!

Absolutely and if we see charts and previous trends, its already happening, already seeing small recovery happening after hitting low of USD 9295 ..

A simple answer to the question is because I bought some and as soon as I do the price starts falling. In all seriousness it probably has more to do with people cashing out at 10k. It's good profit for some one that invested only a few thousand a couple of years ago.

In my experience the faster the run up the steeper the correction. Unless there is something truly crazy going on Bitcoin will settle at a low somewhere in the 7 to 9k range, hang out there for a while, and then start climbing again.

Another thing to keep in mind: Bitcoin tends to drop in the weeks leading up to Christmas. I think a significant number of Bitcoin holders sell off a bunch to shower their loved ones with great gifts to celebrate.

So... if you have some extra money lying around as Christmas gets closer, you might get Bitcoin at a good price and see your holdings grow nicely over the few months after Christmas. It's happened before, but not guaranteed to happen again. Only put in what you can afford to lose.

it's because yesterday bitcoin rises too fast as many buy bitcoin, and also bitcoin owners are sensitive to bitcoin. and it affects the bitcoin price.

The standard situation. When the price overcomes the round level, it is pulled out as high as possible, and then everyone sells it. And so every time. There is nothing to be surprised.

I dont know maybe this is a reason for the current dip. China again ban bitcoin. https://www.coindesk.com/china-state-tv-otc-bitcoin-platforms-may-violate-regulation/ (China State TV: OTC Bitcoin Platforms May Violate Law - CoinDesk)

Might be a quick peek on the price, just keep holding your coins we sure going to witness another price increase very soon. When the price has reached $11,000 then people have take the cut on the profit as in this current week there are many new traders have joined the network I hope they enjoy this price increase. Because Soon we are going to have more of this. Keep holding and buy more of the Bitcoin as you can.
