It will take a long time for all countries to admit it. I think that some countries are only scared of change. This is normal. I think they will accept Bitcoin in the future. Because the government is afraid because the transaction with bitcoin is not through their bank, and they wont get any cut or taxes by it, and the another reason that the paper money wont get any value or just dropping from time to time, in my opinion.

If bitcoins is not supported in other countries then the government is always the reason, i could not find anything bad about cryptocurrency and there is no law that you cannot use bitcoins but they are just envy of those people who are earning a huge amount of money from cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin is special and still unknown by many people currency. They just don't know what to do and what impact it will do on country, that why they just banning btc.
I think every country should have its own rules and laws. there are some countries that do not use bitcoin, because bitcoin can be used for crimes such as money laundering, fraud or even used for ransom. and there are also some countries that use bitcoin. it is the right of every government. 
Yes, there are some countries that do not support bitcoins.The main reason for this is that they do not know bitcoin well.Besides, some people think that due to bitcoin, there will be economic problems in their country.Even in some countries, people think that their currencies can be bizarre for bitcoin.For this reason people of some countries do not accept bitcoin.
Other country like china will ban bitcoin or not supported bitcoin and maybe they have other reason or they don't want to relate their country of this kind of online business. But Im very happy to those country who are accepted and advertise bitcoin . In my knowledge, China ban bitcoin to tossing China own cryptocurrency into the market. People should buy and use their coin in the crytocurrency market.
Who said Bitcoin not support in Some countries, the Bitcoin Is not a Country base Cryptocurrency and there is no option Ban bitcoin in any Country It's Available for the whole world.
