I think because it is not internationally recognized and some countries think it is a fake coin and just a bubble will go away with time
I think there are some countries that do not support bitcoin because they assume that bitcoin is the digital currency and not the country's official currency, full of risks and there is no law governing it, so it could hurt its users

I think some countries that forbid the use of bitcoin are some underdeveloped countries, I think you should go out and go to a more developed country but that is not very feasible. I think in the future bitcoin will be accepted nationwide.

I think why bitcoin is not supported in some countries because they dont know how to manage or use this and some of them think to bitcoin is scammer . Also bitcoin have no taxed so the government is opposed to it
Some countries don't support bitcoin, for the reason of preserving their economic policy. Bitcoin is, as we all know it is absolutely opposite to a certain government. Bitcoin is decentralized. When using bitcoin, people is free from taxes which is the government number one policy. I think that is the reason why other countries don't allow people to use bitcoin.

Yes you are right even in our country the goverment official didnt recognize cryptocurrency or we should say bitcoin they btoadcast in televesion even radio that if you join in trading or in bitcoin currency they are arrest you at put in the jail so that every user of bitcoin was always careful. Why they are doing this they didnt know the benefits of using bitcoin.

As you said, why does the Japanese government still accept the cryptocurrency? I doubt this thing, if the Japanese people are using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies to replace Japanese yen, the government will ban cryptocurrency as soon as they can, trust me!

Not sure, most of the countries are fearing the growth of Bitcoin will make the economy of their country be unstable. Look at the price of currency on forex market and the price of stock on stock market, both are limited the volatility by the community and the government can affect or even control this volatility. bit coin trading is completely online based platform. its has no human or intermediary involvement or interference. the transaction moves automaticly from the instruction of owner. Being a decentralized platform movement of money there is no control authority to restrict transaction for such reason some countries central controlling authority do not Considered as standard trading. if all money has been moved from central bank and all money inflow suddenly central bank cannot control inflation of deflation. another reason is some country central bank preserve tight monetary policy in which movement money cannot be traced which underlying main reason bit coin trading is not welcomed by some country.

Why would a country accept a form of payment that cannot be regulated, thus imposition of tax is impossible? Relatively, most governments view bitcoin as a hindrance to their development. They cannot fully control it, thus it may be the perfect payment under the dark web for illegal goods and services. Though bitcoin may seem dangerous, we cannot hide the fact that the opportunities and benefits it provides to individuals like us are undeniably good. It gives us an alternative way of earning money with the convenience and flexibility of time.

The only thing that we could do is to patiently wait for Bitcoin to be legal in most of the countries. There are lots of factors that pushes some countries on not to make it legal YET. But as time flies, and more countries are make it legal, same thing would probably happen with the remaining countries once the success of Bitcoin is seen to some. Jump to:
