I think bitcoin is very popular and bitcoin is indeed the first successful coin to succeed in cryptocurrency and until now bitcoin remains the highest value and price compared to other coins that keep popping up, that's in my opinion

Bitcoin is dominant among all cryptos because it is the pioneer in cryptocurrencies and the pace setter. Most people have trust and confidence in it and even people with little knowledge in cryptocurrencies think it all bitcoin when we talk of cryptocurrencies.

There are multiple reasons, even more than you've given OP.
The most important are that it's widely known and recognized in the field that's new and unrecognized as a whole. Maybe 1 of every 100 people in the world has heard of BTC and knows what it is, while maybe 1 out of 500 knows some other altcoins. I don't know the real numbers, i'm only estimating here, but I know people who are tech savvy and they know barely anything about BTC and completely nothing about altcoins.

I will agree in all that you said. Bitcoin is the most dominant cryptocurrency because of that reason. First is that it is really the first cryptocurrency that we've ever used and because if that many people knows it so it became popular to them and for most of the country that using cryptocurrency. And also one factor why bitcoin is being dominant it is because of the value of bitcoin, we all know that the bitcoin value is much higher compare to altcoins so many people are investing on it.

I think it all starts with Bitcoin being the FIRST digital currency. As for many pioneers in different field, by simply being the first one, bringing to the world a new brilliant concept and in this case a proper revolution, if this concept is good enough to catch the wide audience attention as for Bitcoin, then yes, your popularity increases, your system improves -because it has the chances to be tested and adjusted. This is the biggest reason why bitcoin is so much dominant .
was the first currency and all other altcoins are totally inspired by bitcoin and want to achieve what bitcoin has achieved in these years . People had put their trust on it in the past and they are still continuing to do it as it is the most anticipated of all .
Moreover , we can all see bitcoin totally manipulated the whole market and the slight downfall leas to downfall in other coins too .
