Amount of people who are bitcoin users is more than the amount of bitcoin in the world. More and more demand is unbalanced with a stock of only a few million (my estimates).
The point is a rare bitcoin, the price will be expensive.

Yes absolutely right.
unbalancing is the most appropriate reason for Bitcoin's high rate.

Fundamentally, its costs are going up because of demand and less supply. An ever increasing number of organizations begin tolerating bitcoins for general use then its request will go up however supply may not expand so quick so its costs will shot higher. The present costs might be looks extravagant for the time being however following a few years these costs may look exceptionally modest so begin putting resources into it as opposed to agonizing over whether it is costly or not.

Bitcoin was the world’s first digital, decentralised, P2P cryptocurrency and payment network. It din’t require the function of a bank and relied on a trust less network. This was immediately considered by many eminent personalities as the future of Money. The gold like properties of Bitcoin made it very superior as compared to other currencies. Soon a lot of big companies started accepting payment in Bitcoin and eventually the interest level of the general public grew. The currency started getting traction and so did its price. Everybody wanted to own one and hence the price increased rapidly.

Bitcoin price is mostly affected by the amount of supply and demand where as the value of bitcoin continue to increase as long as its supply do not meet the demands. I think the other reason for bitcoin value is because of its reliability as a currency. Bitcoin is reliable enough for investors to invest to it and more services to adapt to it.

Bitcoin prices have plunged when China shut down Bitcoin transactions. So one of the reasons bitcoin is so expensive is the support of the national government. Think about it. If every country does not support disallowing bitcoin, bitcoin will only be useless until it is abandoned. Grin

Mostly it depends on BTC investors - after bad news from China a lot of investors decided to sell BTC and it was large BTC dump. At the same time it could be "game" of big BTC investors

It is so expensive because everybody has an interest for this. It depend if the demand will increase and the supply will be more and more complete. Bitcoin continues to increase because of the help of many investors that continues to work with this. It becomes more expensive for this to help many people who really need this.

Because bitcoin has limited supply and high demand, many investor and traders are supporting bitcoin, and bitcoin is popular among the other digital currency.
yeah bitcoin has a supply limit while every day bitcoin continues to increase demand as many people in various parts of the world keep coming to invest in bitcoin. so that's what makes the bitcoin price expensive. and as time goes by the bitcoin prices will continue to rise and become more expensive
Yes this is an event that might be said to be a normal thing. Bitcoin price increases occur as demand increases and supply of bitcoin is getting more and more complete. This is a thing we can actually use, indirectly at this time Bitcoin prices will continue to increase and I think this is a best chance to buy some Bitcoin as an investment. For us all this is something that should be utilized as possible. Bitcoin price movements will be more expensive and continue to grow well.

that's what attracted me to bitcoin. that bitcoin if converted to a country's currency would be of great value. Why ? because bitcoin does not follow the state financial standards, then bitcoin is very sensitive to bitcoin owners, so a lot of bitcoin users who sell bitcoin then bitcoin prices will go down, and vice versa if many people buy bitcoin then bitcoin price will be high, this is called spreading and bitcoin volume.

With an increase in accessibility and popularity comes an increase in demand, which the current supply of bitcoins can’t seem to keep up with.

Bitcoin is getting more and more expensive due to the growth of its market demand. The more the demand the more the market value goes and hence it will become more and more expensive for people to afford them. The market value is growing because of the trust that is being build in by the people within in the btc.Its increasing as per the trust that is being build on it by the people and hence the market value will continue to grow as more investors are flocking in btc.

I think the reason why bitcoin is so expensive lies on it's volatility and popularity. The more popular a product, service or anything is the more it'll be expensive. This is why when some coins become more used and popular than bitcoin, bitcon's value itself falls for a while until it goes back up again. It is like an unending loop where bitcoin always rises.
