Etf can contribute to btc price and according ot my understanding it can help with the adoption rate and Bitcoin will definitely pump but we should not expect a high price increase soon because it will take more time than we expect to come to a certain level because the drop was much higher than any other time but there are many evidence to believe that it will recover in the future so any investor today can certainly invest with confidence to make remarkable profits in the future but patience is significant because that is the main thing many doesn't have these days

possible, but pump is very bad for BTC, sudden skyrocket and sudden dip - looses public trust.

First of all throw away all TA you have seen and every good news idea you have been waiting for. Tho I have been in crypto for a little time I have realized that all that people base on to predict the bull market are mostly untrue (at least, for now).

Now the only reason that can pump Bitcoin on the market is that, people ridiculing and price watching even though they've not bought in can pump it. What happens is that, after every bubble people look out for the "subject of topic" to collapse. If it doesn't, they come and join like crazy and that's why Bitcoin skyrocketed in 2017.

So all we have to know is that should Bitcoin pull through this mess again, lol . .we're gonna moonrocket and that'll be because all those who thought we're done forever (Haters, Press, Analysts, Economists, those who cashed out, etc) will catalyse a never seen before FOMO.

So as for me, I'm not waiting for any Bakkt, ETF, Government regulations, Institutional Investors, Venture Capitalists, etc....I'm just waiting for 2019 to pass by and we'll see.

No man, ETF is important actually, very relevant, could have big effect on Bitcoin price.

Just sayin'

As per the past history of bitcoin itight hit lower price but I'm less worried because it will rise again and if bullrun doesn't show up this year I'm sure bitcoin halving will do its thing so let's all relax ,good days comes onces  awhile and bad days tend to stay longer

all these "Bakkt, ETF,..." are only background noise when bitcoin's future growth is concerned. some of them are not even contributing to anything specially adoption. for example i seriously doubt that ETF is going to do much about bitcoin adoption in real world. it will only introduce an "option" for "certain" people to enter trading bitcoin without actually trading bitcoin!!!

with that said, the effects of them should always be secondary. meaning price can rise with or without them then if they exist as a positive thing we can see a bigger rise.

I do not believe this will happen because currently, the number of investors is decreasing because the market is getting worse. And legal-related events are making every investor anxious to invest in Bitcoin, so it's difficult for this to do.

I totally agree with you. The market condition is totally unexpected, even people are stopped thinking a good next month! Where last year people kept saying next month will be better, within these months bull run will happen and these things continued till the end of December. But at this moment, everyone lost their hope about a good market, because no one knows what is going to happen! So, Bitcoin pump like crazy is now a daydream.

You have no real facts behind your story. Just another prediction like all the other millions. Bitcoin will pump for sure in the next coming years but I doubt for sure that 2019 will be the year when bitcoin takes off as the bear is present like never before...just stay vigiliant and have some cash ready to buy xD

Sorry to say, I am not agreed with you. Without some big investors, ETF or any other big things, Bitcoin can't pump like crazy! And, how can you want to just pass by 2019 and look into 2020? what thing makes you believe Bitcoin will pump heavily in 2020? We don't know what is gonna happen in this year or next month!

I agree that if bitcoin starts to grow it will be a sharp increase. Within a month we will be able to see a price of 25, 000 dollars. This will be done so that many investors start buying biktoin at a high price

Of course if bitcoin starts to increase its value we would see a sharp increase and thee are many evidence to believe that but still the price seems struggling little due to slow rate of adoption and low demanding rate  which are also increasing day by day so when bitcoin starts to pump in prices it will happen in a higher rate but I hope many will remain in the market until then to gain profits because some are uncertain about btc and leaving the market

Unfortunately, I agree with many things you mentioned. I'm only not sure where you see that press or analysts try to attempt to promote the arrival of the bull run, because I do not see it so much. However, I think that it is true that real, large investors will not return to the crypto market in a few months, maybe even until the end of 2019 and because of that we also dont see bull run soon.

Bitcoin will definitely pump because of lot of reasons and one main reason is the highly increasing bitcoin into businesses adoption rate which is remarkable when comparing with its first few years because during that time it was used only as an investing asset but now many businesses beginning to connect bitcoin with there core transactions so staying in the market with patience is the best thing to do because profitability is certain in the future

To the OP, are you saying that you're going out of the market this 2019?

Not really Sir. I'm still around and patiently waiting for how thins will turn around ad I believe that's what we will experience. If I had wanted ti leave, I'd have left last year because I was new and crypto andntge experience was terrible for me, but I rhink I'm now part of the resilient now. Smiley

The next block reward halvening is in mid 2020 so we should naturally see the price go up as we enter 2020 due the knowledge of a lower supply once the halvening happens.

Everyone is really waiting for that next activity. But it's what more than a year from now and there's a lot of factors that might start a recovery. But the last halving though took as months to see the price going upward, so don't expect something big to happen right after the halving.

2019 will probably be quite crap for the price, sideways & a slow grind upwards.

I'm also speculating that the might see a long and boring year in 2019. Sideways pattern will be the norm and I'm sure that investors and speculators will continue to short Bitcoin more.

To the OP, are you saying that you're going out of the market this 2019?

pumped up? why do you mention that bitcoin will be pumped like crazy? while at this time the price is actually decreasing.
maybe even the price can continue to decline in the next few days.
Totally right but what I mean is that, if Bitcoin sustains for sometime more and doesn't die it'll be pumped up. Fact is that there are many people who wished crypto died and so they're eagerly waiting for that to happen. And all I'm saying is that if we successfully endure this turbulence for say another year, it's really gonna be a great rally for all of us.

you are wrong about almost everything you said here staring with your title.
Lol... Smiley okay.

bitcoin is not some pump and dump scheme that can be "pumped". you are confusing it with some shitcoin in the altcoin market. and if you think bitcoin is a pump and dump then you are contradicting yourself because a pump and dump scheme can not pump forever, you eventually reach a state when you can no longer pump it any higher and it enters downward spiral and dies. as it is the obvious case with hundreds of altcoins every year.
Yeah I know Bitcoin isn't a pump and dump scheme but it is experiencing so (but in form of bubbles) where it eventually rises.

you have been asleep because 2017 rise was mainly because of the explosive adoption that occurred in that year not just because people were waiting for the drop to end!
Thank you. You just said what I meant in my statement (explosive adoption). And I believe it's gonna happen again and that'll lead to my title: pump like crazy. I say so because in my perspective, adoption begins with trust and that's what I'm talking about. People will trust like never befire.

What do you mean by BTC pumping water? Now some of the BTC I have in my hands has been sold, leaving only a small part of it on the ZB Exchange. A little worried about the price.
Lol....don't worry you'll understand this statement better when another round of FOMO begins.

well, no one truly knows what will happen to bitcoin this year or years to come. we only speculate and hope for bitcoin price to pump based on the prospect we know bitcoin has. But whatever happens, lets just wait and watch events unfold
