Any idea why BTC confirmation taking days to confirm?
Sometime BTC get refunded to Sender....Should we use high fee like advance option for send BTC?

if i want to send 1500$ BTC then how much network Fee should i use to make BTC confirmation fast?
It depends on what  you can afford. The more expensive fee you pay, the faster it get's confirmed. However, if you ae asking for specific amount, $10 fee for $1500 is enough for easy confirmation.

There has been a speculation about an attack that spams and yes there is no evidence and proof whatever this is true or not so let us just hope for the best that this will be fixed in due time.

Use something that has a replaceable fee. That will increase your fee later if it needs to. Also probably want to do at least 1 dollar worth in a fee.

it depend on fee and i doubt it take "days" to confirm because after 3 days in the mempool it would return to your wallet if not confirmed

if you pay zero fee it will probably be rejected, and for sending $1500, it depend on the size not on the amount, check the size of your transaction if it say 226 bytes just set the fee to 50k satoshi it will be confirmed fast

The theory is a bit flawed.... reason being, if everyone takes your advice and increase their fees to 50k.. it will still create a problem, because the

Mempool will still be congested with unconfirmed transactions. The Block sizes or some sort of scaling solution should solve this once and for all.

We cannot continue giving advice to people to increase their fees, because the only people winning here are the damn miners.  Angry Angry Angry

I think the slow time for bitcoin confirmation is caused by the big growth of bitcoin users and a lot of them send too much transaction that cause the network to be slow and it caused traffic and the number of users already out numbered the number of capability of miners so it is a very big problem but i hope this can be fix very soon.

It's simple, pay more and get it confirmed quicker, I don't know why people keep repeating the same answered question though.

A better question would be how we can avoid having posts on this forum every day by no-fee retards asking the same question.
Maybe next wallet should have automatic adjustment for fee (possibility to avoid fee, must be restricted or forbidden. This is also one of causes of problems.). Maybe this can help those who are not accustomed to pay fee or that decreasing it when ever they can, then we can move on.
Or maybe wallet should have fee estimator? This would be very nice. Grin

the amount of Bitcoin transaction is regardless of the fact that how much the amount of the Bitcoin you want transfer from one address to another address.
The amount of fees for the transaction of Bitcoin is calculated according to the input and output transaction of that amount of Bitcoin that you want transfer .
So if you want send 1 BTC then you need to pay the same charge that you paid during the very small amount of Bitcoin transaction .
No doubt that currently fees that is sufficient to confirm your transaction easily is high , but here for the solution of this problem I will suggest you to pay the recommended fees by the wallet during the transaction ( and never customise the fees to lower amount ) .
The best place to see the normal fees for the Bitcoin transaction is Bitcoinfee.21.co .

You can always check the the network mempool, use a replaceable fee, and cross your fingers!
Fee is the major factor. Most of the users quote very less fee to the transaction and expect it to be confirmed in a short time. Other than this during the days of bitcoin price increase, the transactions were quite high and more transactions having similar fee make a bigger lagging in thenetwork.

Am having the same problem also I have done some transactions  since Thursday last week and up till now my wallet has not been credited. I think is because of the volume and to me the ways to resolve this confirmation issue is through activation of sigwet on bitcoin network.

I think this happens because the number of Bitcoin transactions per day is increasing quite a lot. More and more people are aware of bitcoin, they learn and use it, resulting in greatly increased transactions, resulting in a reduced transaction speed, leading to the occurrence of a Bitcoin transaction that may take several days for confirmation. If the increase in fees is high, there will be a faster confirmation because the transaction speed is increased

That is nothing new actually, everyone knows it takes quite some time now for Bitcoin transactions to get confirmed and so all you need to do is to adjust/increase the network fees to an appropriate level in order to get your transactions confirmed in the next block.

If you only have a single input, the fee will be very small in proportion to the amount you are sending. Fees are computed by bytes or inputs in your transaction. So even if the fiat amount is small, if there are a lot of input, the fee will be large.

Currently there are so many unconfirmed transactions. If you want to get confirmations fast, vest thing you can is set recommend or a bit higher fee. If you set low fee, yoyr transaction may stuck and you will have to wait long time to get confirmations.

That's a common problem from last year when bitcoin has reached higher price maybe around more than $800, and this month bitcoin reach another ATH over $1800 per bitcoin. But, not only the price reach ATH, unconfirmed transaction reach ATH as well.
I'm not an expert in this case, but to generate 1 block included into blockchain need some (various) time and Max size is 1Mb. I don't know whether miners process those transactions slowly or block size cannot afford so many transactions which delay our transactions.

The network isn't necessarily slow, just congested.
It's like a road with thousands of cars of traffic which are barely moving, but if you pay a bit more you can hire a helicopter and take the fast track.  Basically, there's too many transactions but higher fees give you the priority and then your transaction will be fast.
When there is a congestion it will be really slow, the fact is the network is really slow in providing faster transaction and could not accommodate everyone and that is where the transaction fees comes into effect as the transaction with better fees gets through than the rest. In the current scenario 260 satoshis/byte is a good fees to get faster confirmation.

if i want to send 1500$ BTC then how much network Fee should i use to make BTC confirmation fast?
Over 65k satoshi if you want to get a confirmation less than 10 minutes.
Over 260satoshis/byte.
No one can determine the proper fees for a specific transaction like this $1,500 in bitcoin, unless they see how much the size of the inputs and outputs data. Hence, saying 'pay (A) amount of bitcoin as fees to get faster confirmation' is not valid. It solely and only depends on the data size, not the amount of money transacted, nor the wallet's 'fixed/recommended' fees (as it seems to be broken somehow).

It always depend the moment you are sending the transaction. Ideal fee costs change all the time, you need to check on https://bitcoinfees.21.co/. This is the only site I know we have to check the fee ideal price.
These days there isn't way to send transactions at low cost, or you pay too much or you just hold bitcoins, unfortunatelly...
