The 5 hours rule makes sense, but this minimum post thing is just dumb imo.
It's not that hard to make 10 posts in topics of interest though.
I'm glad I found this post through Google. I was trying to reply to another post and my first search here didn't turn up any results, then I realized I can only search once every 5 minutes...
I'll post too!

what's dumb is jumping into the middle of a post about something "serious" and asking a question like "How can I by pass my works firewall so i can set up miners for the monies?" lol
