You have a good point that Fiat Money is work offline and may use in macropayments. Yes bitcoin is an Online Money and Im sure that it also has 100% security and the owner is the one that can manipulate and hold its money. Anothe question is Why Bitcoin is better than Fiat Money? Cash is better than Bitcoin because in case you have not any problem you have not need any type of updates or daily checking of rates tension every thing is already in your hand and will still remain same.

Cash can be bringing anywhere, for anything, etc.. and no need to use internet connection to redeem or use it. Before bitcoin, cash it first, bitcoin is only part of cash. Everybody is trying to get the bitcoin to cash it for, of course, for each other's needs and pushing the income.
As bitcoin is a new technology, it is still a fresh concept to most of us. We don't know more about it yet, so we couldn't fully put our full confidence on it as well as to other cryptocurrencies existing in the market. Cash is better than bitcoin because we can hold it, we can touch it and we can spend it without going through the hassle of using our mobile phones and connecting to the internet. Most of all, we are already used to cash than bitcoin.
I think the point is that when you're holding something (money), you understand that you have something. But this is an old habit, which becomes obsolete, if we talk about cash. For bitkoyn the future, and I think everyone understands this, even old people 
This might be a bit off-topic, but I just realized how cool it will be to walk around without any cash and be able to pay for everything with your phone. You would never need to carry a big wallet with bills and coins inside, only your phone and a small card carrier like for your license, etc.
This is benefit of Bitcoin if it can become to legal in future, we will not worry about bring a wallet with many cards (because almost countries are using visa/mastercard for purchase). Just bring a smartphone, we can purchase anywhere through Bitcoin

Why cash is better than bitcoin? well, if we think about it really well cash is the first transaction or exchange that we had for a long time. this gives us the knowledge on how we use, how we can save it instead of using online or virtual money. however, if you are asking about why people use cash or credit cards/ ATM / Banks, for them or us to save, transfer or even withdraw money that we have from the bank easily. it also gives us the safety in terms of money because our savings is on the bank and we don't accidentally lose it or stole it from us. * Work offline 100%

Cash is better today, because bitcoin is not accepted everywhere, but it definitely will be changed.
Nice me too cash is better than bitcoin becuase you can use this anywhere any store or any markets . but for me bitcoin is also better and good becuase in this you can earn and save a lot of bitcoin and you can convert to real money.

This has some basis really. For now, at least, the hassles are all in Bitcoin transactions. I mean, I refer to confirmation time and transaction fees. Cash means instant transactions. No need to wait for confirmation time. No need to pay additional payments. Perhaps some tips are enough. But even this is not required. And in offline places, cash works best.
