1. Wired transactions

2. Also, all credit and debit card payments need an internet connection - it is not all offline.

Do You use to buy food with "Wired transactions"?

What are the reasons, why people use Cash or Credit Cards / ATM / Banks?

* Work offline 100%
* No fees.
* Accepted for Food Shopping & Micropayments
* 0 confermations time
* 0 exchange risks
* anyone is able to understanding of the value of payment

In my opinion this is completely wrong. Wired transactions can take up to days to get confirmed and sent. It is only instant if transactions are made within that bank itself. Credit cards usually have high amounts of interest that come with it and the only reason that 'anyone' is able to understand the value of payment is that cash has been around for a much longer time than bitcoin. However, we can change all of that if we try to educate the community about the many advantages that come with using bitcoins as a payment method. This includes BTC's security, ease of use and its very fast transaction speed.

Also, all credit and debit card payments need an internet connection - it is not all offline.

Cash is better than bitcoin simply because it is acceptable by everyone, not all countries know what bitcoin is, and not all people know how to use it, and also because of convenient using your cards than bitcoin so cash is reall better than bitcoin.

For the urgent need clear cash is more advantageous, because if we use bitcoin not necessarily all the needs we will do already accept, it is still difficult to do daily transactions with bitcoin, fixed with cash easier and faster.
Whether later? Just waiting for readiness only.

Exactly, cash is cash and it has no problem for instant spending purposes. Everybody accept it. But for bitcoin, we search for hours to find somebody accepting it.
In my opinion, it varies in every separate Aries. Personally, I've no problem to hold Bitcoin instead of Cash. Obviously, In our daily livelihood, we need cash, but there no way to ignore Bitcoin. As Bitcoin is an essential asset on our online platform.

Especially useful in places like Venezuela! (Coming soon to a country near you!)
LOL yes this is quite true

OP you have missed to list unlimited inflation  Grin
cash is worthless in venezuela and it is quite unconvenient to roam around with cash in hand anywhere in the world.

I tried to introduce and explain Bitcoin to my family. But perhaps they still do not understand what Bitcoin is and do not believe in the benefits of Bitcoin. They think that cash in their hands can pay. I will try to show them the greatness of Bitcoin in the coming time.

   For now cash is more better than bitcoin because first of all most the most obvious reason is that bitcoin market price still fluctuates unlike cash do. Bitcoin has still many flows that it still cannot surpass cash and make bitcoin mainstream. Not all countries and all people can connect to the internet/web, its also hard for other people to understand bitcoin because their specialty is different than other people who are known to the web. Bitcoin is still in the verge of progress and I know for sure when all of us have the knowledge and the technology to do so. I think that bitcoin will soon be more better than the real money itself.  Cheesy

This is agreeable.

I tend to be in the camp of not comparing bitcoin to cash.

For me (i'm quite the oddball mind you) Bitcoin is more of a transmission system 'for' value.

Literally it allows for all types of value to be moved from point a to b - we have only just scratched the surface of this with currency/money.

Soon your actual reputation as a person may become tokenised within a reputation based digital asset that could for instance provide you access to cheaper prices when hiring a rental car for example, or act as a social ranking system or proof of credibility system. This is another form of value transmission that is possible today, due to the blockchain.

Putting bitcoin up against cash, and then deciding which one is superior is like saying that both these things are somewhat equal and therefore comparable. I don'f feel that this is true. The bitcoin protocol can do things that a £5 polymer bank note just cannot.

Comparing bitcoin with cash, is like comparing a horse or a mule with a high speed rail system, or an aeroplane..

Not oddball..."Bitcoin is more of a transmission system 'for' value"....

Requires: holding value, accepted as transaction mechanism,  medium of exchange. Which...chanan....the definition of Money by economists.

I think economists define money very clearly:

"Economists, however, have a language all their own when it comes to money. They define it as something that serves as a medium of exchange, a unit of accounting, and a store of value. Money is a medium of exchange in the sense that we all agree to accept it in making transactions."

Some others add universally accepted - which has evolved and means Accepted which is the last part.

Bitcoin is money, except that the extent will depend on more business and individuals accepting it.

There are certain aspects where cash is better than bitcoin like cash can be used offline, and you can transact instantly. But these features would never beat bitcoin's features. First of all, bitcoin is something that is not subjected to inflation. Cash, you don't have the assurance that tomorrow it has the same purchasing power as yesterday. Although it's really unlikely that your country will have a hyperinflation with your currency, your currency is constantly inflating anyway.

Bitcoin was designed to deflate (read bitcoin's supply decreases over time) and so the price continues to go up in the long run. Bitcoin also do not depend on the economy of a certain country. We can have wars and whatnot but bitcoin wouldn't be so affected unlike the fiat currency of the countries involved.

I'd say bitcoin is much better than the cash. Look at how much money the governments printed, the cash will devalue big over time. Bitcoin is deflationary, it will not only keep inherent value, but will increase over time.

But as you can see right now, the price is just as normal as it was, and it does not always go up, the previous days, the price of bitcoin dumps back to one thousands and made a lot of investors disappointed, but most of them are expecting it because of the threat of the network splitting.

Of course cash is still better than bitcoin or any other digital currency around. Bitcoin is only good right now as an investment as its function as a currency has lagged way behind due to the limited number od merchants accepting it, while cash is pretty much accepted everywhere. Now, this may be the case presently but our grandkids might be talking about it differently 30 or 50 years from now.
well! We cannot say that the bitcoin is bad as a currency and cash is better than bitcoin because both have some bad and some good impacts if the bitcoin is good at investment and not good for payment just because of the transaction and conformation time than the most positive feather of the bitcoin is that it is a most save and secure currency so! I think both the bitcoin and the cash are better at the same time.
Cash is always better. It is use all over the world and exists long time ago. I can deny the benefits that Bitcoin bring to me but cash always better. We use cash everywhere and it is accepted by all people. There are still a lot of country allow and legalize Bitcoin as a currency. Some country even punish their citizen because of using Bitcoin

This is why cash will never die, but i disagree with your point that there isn't any fee using credit cards/ATM. There are pros and cons of cash and cryptocurrencies, that's we need both of them.

* Work offline 100%

Sure, Cash (as in paper) does that, however CC's, PP and 99% of used payment methods does require a connection/network access etc... bitcoin can be the same as them, for example, using a hardware wallet or a smart phone, you can scan a QR code and send it,
Cash (paper) has many disadvantages and we aren't using Credit Cards just because they look cool, but because they cover the weaknesses of cash, same is for bitcoins.
* No fees.

Again, That's just for paper money, other fiat payments have fees
* Accepted for Food Shopping & Micropayments
Like EVERYTHING else
* 0 confirmations time
No, CC do have confirmation time exceeding bitcoins by far, that is infinity. since a CC payment can be reversed in any time if it was reported as theft, same for PP, only paper cash, which is inconvenient in ways, does not have a confirmation time.
* 0 exchange risks

Here we part, there is a risk of counterfeiting, theft etc... even for paper money, as well as loss to damage, so not 0% risk. The same applies for CC or bitcoins, if you don't compromise your own CC details or your computer, you don't lose anything.
