It is not that different from an instant withdraw casino that you will withdraw but having a kind of mind that will tell you to deposit back the money withdrawn from the casinos so that you can gamble with it. There is no reason to choose such casinos in the first place,if you stick to well known ones it can never take more than a few minutes after some regular checks are done and if nothing wrong found with you then withdrawal is processed.The casinos who take days to pay you out have two scenarios in my opinion,one is that they hope that you continue playing while they say that withdrawal will be processed meanwhile your funds are not removed from your balance and the second one which is highly more likely is that they are buying time as they don't have the funds to pay you.
