The problem is if you are feeling worry if you are seeing the price of your token was going down. You shall not try see your portfolios anytime. That is easy to say but consider the fact that majority of the users in this forum come from a background of low income and are willing to use the craze behind crypto to become rich in future and can only fund a small portion of their monthly salary to bitcoin or so. For them buying megacap coins - which is basically bitcoin, is in one word, tough. Therefore these people end up buying shitcoins because they can get a large volume of shitcoins which a small money.Basically the crypto community loses its new blood via these channels and this is why shitcoins are bad for new entrants. These people will now enter a vicious cycle of downtrend and depression, unlike those who took the pain of buying some satoshis.

Let me tell you one story, a personally know a guy who quit his job in 2017 because he wanted to focus on crypto because that time we are in a bull run and there are a lot of opportunity. But later in 2018 we suddenly goes on a bear market. What I'm trying to say is that crypto market is not permanent. It can give you profits, but it won't last, you need to prepare yourself like saving so that you won't get depressed during bear market.
That's why everyone has to sell whenever they find the price to be at its ATH. I couldn't say its greed when you keep waiting for higher price when you know a bear market waiting ahead.

It's something natural. You're losing something you're expecting to win, and with the involvement of money, you're expectations are naturally boosted, so the loss is naturally bigger than normal. It's not only in cryptocurrency really, anything that you do that you create expectations for would naturally bring depression to you when you fail to achieve that certain result that you want or expected. It's probably just quicker here in investing or in the crypto market specifically due to how volatile the market is, aka the scenarios where you expect to profit happen way more (and so as the situations where you lose money).
