Everything in this world has some positive and negative sides. And same applies with the Bitcoin. Even Fiat currencies are used broadly for all illegal stuffs and the fact is that they never got failed for it and same goes for the Bitcoin. It'll never die actually, it's the price which fluctuates and it's kinda normal.

Maybe it's the lack of falllling posts that is bringing down BTC

Bitcoin isn't going down.

Merely the price.

sometimes i wonder if poeple really are that dumb, or they just post shit like this to further push bearish sentiment so they can buy lower... its hard to believe anyone could be this stupid, so i'm gonna go with trolling to get the price lower.

I highly doubt any FUD posted on speculation would move the price in a significant manner.

Bitcoin is being used to fund gay, necrophiliac bird rape.. research (which disproves typical non-gender binary assertions)

Quote
The strange case of the homosexual necrophiliac duck pushed out the boundaries of knowledge in a rather improbable way when it was recorded by Dutch researcher Kees Moeliker.

It may have ruffled a few feathers, but it earned him the coveted Ig Nobel prize for biology awarded for improbable research... Moeliker has published his findings for free with the option of donation through the new digital currency: Bitcoin.

Why are you saying that bitcoin failed? Is the bitcoin over? I think it is still worth well over $450 right now. Then why is it over?

Probably he is a bearish troll like many users here, bitcoin didn't fail at all.

I still do not even now understand why people seem to think bitcoin has in actual fact failed just because the price is still at a low right now. When bitcoin fails it will take more than just a price drop to make people realise it has, this is something that will eventually change and does not prove that bitcoin has failed.

As a get-rich-quick scheme it is arguable that it has failed  Grin

For some people it did. Lookup artforz or Vladimir. They'll be dumping for a long time.

Wow I was expecting a punchline like a "why the chicken crossing the road" joke but I guess the title was funny enough anyway, haha!

Seriously though, the price declined because people lost faith in their investment, weak hands sold and speculators went on vacation simple as that.  This all lead to a long period of stagnation and cheap priced Bitcoins. The real news is that threw all the beartroll's and fud the price is holding like a boss..

Soon there will be know where else to go but up and post like this will be laughed and ridiculed.  The posters like you will be ashamed to log in and the true believers will be celebrating all the cheap coins they got thanks to people like you.   Cool

I'm just posting here, so reasonable people don't fall for this FUD... Bitcoin didn't fail. Take a look at long term logarithmic charts and you'll realize that. We're merely still in a consolidation phase!

Clearly, bitcoin being used to buy illegal things (like, ahem, legal currency), and the price of bitcoin going down, are indications that bitcoin has indeed failed. You, sir, win a cookie.

HA! this one is epic. What does he think? Minor drop means failure? Let us just believe what bitcoin can do. Maybe back to $500 by the end of this month? What do you think?

More than amount of really stupid trolls on that forum, what surprises me is amount of people who feel they need to argue with really stupid trolls. Is it easy to make an argument against somebody who is stupid? Do you play chess with retarded people? Smiley Just leave him be, maybe help him cross a road.

Here's a little theory of mine - there are what, 7 billion people out there? About 6 billion live below poverty line. So it will get much worse that it is now, as the world discovers bitcoin, there will be a billion-trolls wanting to buy at least some part of it, but without financial ability to buy any substantial amount they will be bashing and screaming and cursing and attacking owners. Be ready. It is not communism, so there will be many, many bitcoin poor.

Most traded currency for major drug deals ?  That would be dollars and so on for every crime you can think of.  The largest source of liquidity and available easy distribution and liquidation for criminal assets is of course the dollar, as many millions count as very little in the background of such great usage
