I fixed the bug preventing Newbie promotion.
i have the same problem with the newbie status. But i do like the forum lots to read thanks
There's apparently a bug preventing Newbies from being promoted. I'll look into it when I have time. I don't think that there's any major disadvantage to being a Newbie now.

Try to get to member status (60 activity) and it'll probably get fixed.
He have 42 activity which should not fall under newbie category.

Just posting I believe. You get a max activity of 14 per two-week period.
I've just recently qualified as a Member after the new period started. The whole activity thing was a mystery before I actually read how it was calculated.

Just posting I believe. You get a max activity of 14 per two-week period.

Jr. Member starts at 30. But Newbie tag isn't related to activity.
Additionally, membergroup limits are changed:
