You are not the only one here, there many other people receiving a few amount of satoshis into their wallets for no reason. After a quick research, I saw mostly high rank and old forum members are receiving these satoshis. Here is another forum member talking about this case: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/spamming-547-satoshis-but-why-5275441
I would suggest you to read this topic here (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/dust-attack-what-it-is-why-it-is-dangerous-and-how-to-prevent-falling-to-it-5175238) by @fillippone, where he explained about dust attack.

You're not alone, many forum users, especially those with high-rank accounts, have received dust to the addresses that they have mentioned in one way or another on this forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5175238.60

I received dust to an address that is part of a wallet that I stopped using a long time ago, so I'm not going to bother to burn it. Who knows, maybe in decades those satoshis will be worth hundreds of dollars, so with a bit of anonymization it could be spent safely?

Here is a guide showing how to dump the 547 satoshis if you use Electrum: https://gist.github.com/ncstdc/90fe6209a0b3ae815a6eaa2aef53524c
This seems like a pretty effective way of dealing with dust transactions. Most of the other dumping options I have seen usually carry a sort of security risk, and I usually just prefer that such dust transactions should be left untouched as they would have no effect.

Generally, the amount is 547 satoshis because that is the minimum spendable amount.
Does this vary depending on the script? So, native segwit addresses would be able to spend lesser amounts than the minimum?
