Thanks for all the information guys!! I'm on the right page now Smiley

There is also this one concerning scammers...

Scammer: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.2514705 http://archive.is/8hx0n

SCAMMER:Manually applied by administration, regardless of post count and gets 5 red Xs under his name.

It's very unlikely scammer tags will be ever be coming back. They were removed fairly recently for good reason. We don't need them anymore as the community policies itself with feedbacks and trust. And no, negative trust does not 'reset'. It can only be removed by the person who left it.

It would be better to add this tag for scammers since default trust can be manipulated by some green trust members ! Huh

It would be too much work for staff and mods generally don't get involved with scam accusations and is why it was removed. And what makes you think staff couldn't be manipulated the same way? It would be just too much fuss and people would be pestering mods to tag the hundreds of accounts that try scam here.

It hasn't happened for a while now...  With perseverance, you can become Legendary and you can also build on your trust and even trade with others.  Good Luck.

Activity changes every fourteen days. So even if you make 100 posts your activity will only change every fourteen days.
Count the number of days from when you registered on this site and you will know the exact date you will become a junior member.

Oh so it's something the mods do if it's every week or two they check. Interesting. Okay well thank you. I was curious
lol, no, they aren't. They aren't (actually never) check everyone post nor activity every 1 / 2 weeks, it's all automatic. Activity will updated in a hour if your account has Pot activity*

You need to make at least one post every 14 days. Since you are at 28 activity points, you'd need 2 more activity points to reach jr. member, although I'm not sure when the activity increase is, it's either this week or next week.

If you look at your profile you'll see that you have 69 post. The 28 is activity which is calculated this way:

time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Rough summary of what this means: If you post once per day on average, then you will eventually get the maximum number of activity points that you can get. Posting more than once per day on average is useless for increasing activity. The maximum number of activity points you can get is 1 per day, but your activity score only updates every two weeks. Therefore, it will take about 100 days to get 100 activity if you post once per day on average.

More about activity here. Make sure to read the last few pages of that thread if you are not sure how activity works.
