I cam here to learn. I wanted to learn more ways to make BTC as well as learning about mining and what other people think about BTC and projects. I did not come here to earn money here, bt I found a place I can offer my services and get paid BTC for them. It is a great place for information and to get others opinions.

Other than knowledge we can gain from this forum we can also make some bitcoins by participating in many programs from this forum. If you search in Google we can find many bitcoin forums but this forum is the mother of all bitcoin forums.
yeah before I know this forum, I am always having trouble finding bitcoin and just get some satoshi, but when I came here I could get a big enough bitcoin
I come to Bitcointalk because the first time that I searched something about bitcoin (the last year) bitcointalk.org appeared in the top 5 result, so I click into it and then come here

Good question. Not sure I remember the exact line of thought... I learned about Bitcoin by an article in Wired (which was incredibly negatively biased, actually). Despite that article, I immediately liked the idea behind crypto, googled for 'bitcoin', and the forum was one of the top results. Since I early on decided that I wanted to both long-term buy & hold bitcoins, and short-to-mid term trade them, I pretty quickly converged on the speculation sub-forum.
I joined bitcoin for a lot of reasons the greatest and main objective being to interact with a lot of bitcoin users, understand the currency better because am still new in using bitcoins. And as the results have proven, now I am worth more than before. I have become a guru in the world of Bitcoins. Thanks to all Bitcoin users and gurus.
When the big boom hit the news I knew I was too late but dabbling in scraps, alts, has been fun and paid for a couple of gpu's...

I knew this forum since long ago, when I started being interested in dogecoin mostly, and then bitcoin, but I started posting now haha.

first i got introduced to this site from my friend, i am really greatfull to him because before this site i was using faucets and was earning like penny, but after he introduced to me to this site and gave detail about signature campaign, now i am earning nice and getting lot of knowledge about bitcoins and crypto coins.

I came directly by searching Keyword "Bitcoin" on google in 2013 and i joined here , went away when price started to fall and again back when it went 500 usd. Always want BTC to be at the moon.
