Well, because they believe it has potential. When people believe in something, they indulge it and in a way, try to make money out of it. So as long as there are believers on something, expect that the game will subsist amidst tests of time. In dice, just like any other gambling games, some win some lose. It has always been the case. You cannot just exclaim that a specific gambling game is all for losing based on your experience when others win with it. You get me? Actually a question like this, why do people still play dice? It only has one correct answer, that is because playing dice is the right of each. The way other people make extra money is different, some are playing dice, some are doing something else.
