Do you think if the project collects a lot of money for the ICO, why does its token fall in price, immediately after ICO, and investors lose money?

Just do not say that, the bounty hunters lower the price of the token-it's a fairy tale Grin, the normal project always keeps track of the price of its token and buys it without letting it fall to the bottom.
In the market, the price is less dependent on developers. There everything depends on the popularity of the coin.

I guess when they collect too much money they become lazy as they have already win the money and to work for more in a short period seems too much and the investors lose money.

"One Token to Move Anything Anywhere"
There're a lot of investors that use ICO just for flip. They buy token during a private or presale with high bonuses and dump the price below ICO right after they start trading. In some cases ICO team can dump their tokens as it was in The Key project. And also some advisers got their tokens just for free, so they can also dump them.

Bounty hunters can not influence the price, because they have from 1% -5%, it is very small to form a market value, I think projects have collected investments forget about their promises, honest projects with a good reputation on the contrary buy their tokens from hunters at a price not lower and sometimes even higher than the price of ICO!

5% of market cap is not "very small" amount. Its probably more than weekly volume (2 days volume for bitcoin, 5 days for cardano, 11 days for nem). That is enought to cous panic sell.

Once coin has been distributed you will be able to sell and buy the tokens on that exchange right. So that is the reason we are seeing same price e listing exchange.
When the token came to the market for the supply. First most of bounty hunters and some investors bought on the presale time will sell the tokens to make money.

Since we are not allowed to talk about the bounty hunters who dropped the price. I also don't even believe that bounty hunters drop the price because when you look at the percentage being dedicated for bounty purposes, its just a fraction of what is being sold and also most bounty hunters don't get paid until about a month after which means any driving down of price would have been done. But for a serious project, aside those who bought mainly for the purpose of turning out profit, only few really bought because they believe in the project that is why there is always noise about when will it be listed on exchange sites. The moment that happens, they dump and move on to the next project.

In most cases, everything depends on the developers of the project. If they are not interested in developing their project, they will not support the price of coins, and if possible they will sell everything they can, exacerbating the panic of investors.

According to my personal analysis there are few factors that cause price dump, some of them are;
1) Airdrop/bounty or bonus tokens are sold immediately that were free.
2) Team selling their share of tokens in huge numbers causing dump in price.
3) Bear market where there are no buyers and money.
4) No product, low communication from the team or suspicious activity causes panic and low confidence that stimulates investors to sell causing dump.

In my opinion, part of the fault is the bounty hunters. The main thing is how tokens will be sold on the market. Initially, many speculators set a minimum price for the purchase of tokens. As a result of panic bounty hunters throw off at the offered price. And then investors are nervous and start to throw off to at least something to save. Chain reaction. And if the developers of the project do not care about how their tokens will be traded, this leads to the depreciation of tokens on the exchange and disappointment of investors.

I often ask the same question as yours. Almost all tokens are falling down right after the ICO ends, I do not know why it happens. Does it because all the tokens are distributed to the participants and makes the price is down. It is such as unfair policy. And I also often question who does determine the price of its tokens, the developer or market it self?

It's just market trends. Not only that, I collected a lot on the ICO project. The main thing that then the developers did not throw and supported. And investors just wait for the moment.

“Revolutionising Marketing and Loyalty”
Prices are falling not only because of the bounty hunters, but also because of the big bonuses during the ICO.  For me, an adequate bonus is less than 30%, all that is more is the load on the project. If the project has a large capitalization and a large percentage of tokens that were distributed for free - a good idea is to freeze them for six months or at least for several months while the project is gaining power.

I think that because of the large number of fraudsters in the crypto market, the market loses its investor confidence base, it is necessary to be cautious about the project that promises big discounts on pre-ICO !

First of all. Good project is investing collected money to provide their product to customers as fast as possible instead of trading their own coins with insiders news (witch is unethical and on stocks market must be done only with information send to investors about it).

I think if project is good and team is going to provide its product on time set in whitepaper and roadmap then price will defend itself.

This time many ICOs have the policy which locked token's investor in 3, 6 months or more, and they pay 20% each month after that time to their investor. Price decrease because of market not related to other factor.

When the coin is listed in the market, the price is determined by the market, not the coin developer. There are many reasons for price fall. It could be the investors who got good bonus by participating in private sales and pre-ICO selling their coins for profit.

Not because of bounty hunters. Although there are a lot of good ICO projects but their token price after being listed on exchange even lower than ICO price because of the downtrend, for example, almost ICO token at the early of this year had the same problem like this Smiley. The whole market dumped and all news token dumped as well Smiley

A very bad situation, I think the big difference between Pre-ICO and ICO, for example Pre-ICO -50%, can be considered a sign of deceit!
