There are several factors that arise in crypto projects, one of which in my opinion is a digital system. The background of project founders and investors is at great risk of being fictitious. The level of trust and certainty of the project depends on the team that can really make the people involved in the project believe.
There are 3 possible projects that stop in the middle of the road.
the first is a Scam, the second is probably an internal problem, and the third is a financial problem. It can happen in any business world and it is very difficult to avoid. And those who can get through it will definitely be successful.

In a short while that I have been in cryptocurrency I have seen so many crypto project and fantastic budget and planned you see that some of them still left the project unfinished some even do stop the crypto project without any pre_information about the sudden change of plans concerning the particular project so what do you think about the crypto project that has been suspended halfway, what do you think that should be done for this kind of the attitude of the crypto developer's concerning crypto project abandoned project.
I don't think a project will disappear if its a good or promising project, it simply shows that they are really not interested in making it, some projects are just making groups, inviting people, making a post on other site promoting and using the members just to show how hype they are, I mean if I have a project and it's really promising why would I stop it? they disappear because they have already taken the money its straight a forward answer, some projects continue even they are short of the budget because it's real, a real project steps up, and scam projects exit, its the reality
Many ico projects are abandoned by their developers halfway through, that's for many reasons. It could be because there are problems with the legality of their country, or because it does not reach the soft cap and many other reasons.
But the scariest thing is if developers leave their projects because they're not serious and just want investor money.

In a short while that I have been in cryptocurrency I have seen so many crypto project and fantastic budget and planned you see that some of them still left the project unfinished some even do stop the crypto project without any pre_information about the sudden change of plans concerning the particular project so what do you think about the crypto project that have been suspended half way , what do you think that should be done for this kind of the attitude of crypto developer's concerning crypto project abandoned project.
The answer to this question depends on what the crypto project team intentions why they create crypto project. Some create crypto projects just to raise money and then abandon the project and repeat again (scammers), some leave the project for valid and acceptable reasons e.g no community support, lacks of funds etc.. 
There are so many reasons why some people stop their project like they did not hit the achieve goal the total fund or soft cap for their project. And it might not be interesting to the investors since many new project created these days so they must create a unique one. Also, people are wise enough to invest these days so they must offer a real product which could attract more people to join in their project.
Usually there are 3 options.
1. People understand that their project is shit, and they prefer to stop before it happens naturally.
2. They have collected enough money and are going to hide with them.
3. They have not raised enough money, and they have no choice but to finish the work ahead of time.

I had taken an interest numerous good projects right from the beginning and now I don't see a lot of exercises. They considered listing thought on paper and assemble reserves however when they really attempted to create, they proved unable. Good Blockchain engineers are difficult to track down as it is as yet another field and they can't build up the login what is needed on robustness. Furthermore, another explanation I felt was the thought was scamming directly from the beginning.

1. Lack of supporters and budget to continue the progress of their project. We know its important to have many investors, the reason why they are conducting a bounty campaign to spread awareness about their project.
2. Its a scam and the only goal is to runaway with the money of the investors.
There are lots of reasons behind it,
It is possible that the project have really no intention of achieving their goals or most likely a fake or a scam project. It is also possible that the project cannot attract more investors as they have expected that's why even if you see them as a good project, they cannot proceed because of lack of investors/supporters.

Most of them are fakes, if they are for real even they don't get the support they should have fund to continue, the good project will continue to process with or without the support of the community, if the coin they they are developing are intended to help the addition will be count and for sure once the full usages has been developed it will gain the support that they are looking.

I believe only a few of them had have a good reason to discontinue the project, while the rest of them are just scam projects that just want to steal money from the investors and sometimes they just want to steal personal identity informations (kyc) from the bounty hunters to sell on the dark web,just like clipx project.I think crypto currency projects are halted most times due to lack of funds to start up, or perhaps after a failed Crowdfunding attempt that leaves the team with no funds to continue product development. Either ways, i believe projects stops due to incompetence of developers but funds get blamed
I think most times it's because the developer feel like their project won't be able to compete with other projects doing something similar,most developers just leave because they feel the project will become irrelevant in the long run.
We should stay away from those projects, which team has a bad reputation. For some bad reputation or shortage of funds, some projects stop developing their projects. As long as I know the reason is so many but some projects redevelopment their projects during the good market situation. I saw the same types of projects in the last bullrun of cryptocurrency.
Developers leave their projects for various reasons.

Well, there are several options for why the development of the project ends halfway: the most banal-the project was originally aimed at raising funds and smoothly going into the shadows (Scam); it can also be assumed that a great idea was difficult to implement and the funds collected were not enough to finish the work, the programmers lost the incentive to work and the team scattered in search of new jobs
I will say 3 things could be involved.
1. Inability to meet up with the market cap. Some of them target farther than what came and has made sweet promises as bait, which dey may not fulfil,so they have to abandon the project.
2. Some of the are scam, they come to show themselves and test-run their designs and have nothing to offer.
3. Some of them are just due to poor team Management. Some projects that I have done that they will just do like they sensible and yet could not even finish their project.

No investors want to experience loss in their investment. Many quite because of what they heard from other investors who don't really know if the project is still on board or not.
Recently many are quitting crypto to join bitcoin because of the pump many investors are experiencing right now which is causing other cryptocurrencies going down gradually in the market.
Many new users are in BTC because the gas fees is very low that is making them to remain in bitcoin. The way things is going now show bitcoin will still pump more than this in next month. Crypto is reducing why bitcoin is rising .
