The scaling problem of bitcoin has been there since bitcoin was only $1000 of course with it's growing adoption and growing user number. This is inevitable to happen but the devs and it's community compromise to implement an solution called lightning network. And there is nothing bad in hodling bitcoin because the truth is we all want to make profit that's why we invested in bitcoin.
All those who have certain amount of bitcoins in their wallet are praying for a huge increase in the market value of the bitcoin as this is the only thing which can help them in making all of their dreams of getting richer comes true. Higher market value will definitely mean higher profit which will then bring more money for the ones who have invested their money in the earlier stages.

I think almost people wants high price of bitcoin after all, because people hoping the higher price like 20k. If they have a price 1000$, so this is improvement for bitcoin and to us,because if i have a price like that, so we can buy anything what they want. because majority people want to become rich overnight. Nothing more than that. Yes for community the price of $8k is good, but if there should be mass adoption of bitcoin, the price will grow and tx fees need to get sorted anyway
I very high BTC price will keep many investors away from crypto and will fuel the suspicions of money laundering and criminal activities.
I really don't know what the ideal price will be but I know for sure that all of those who bought at 19k are now suffering with this situation and praying to get their investment back.

Of course, I want the price of Bitcoin to be very high. Because if we buy Bitcoin cheaply then we invest it in the long run and Bitcoin price goes up many times from the capital we spend, surely we will get a huge profit. And the purpose of people joining Bitcoin is definitely because of this.
For me, I want a high price of bitcoin so that I can profit more. Yes, bitcoin is a digital currency, and you can use it to buy the things that you want, need and transact some money anonymously, and less fee, but if bitcoin price is meager you need plenty of bitcoin so that you can have a significant amount to the things that you want to buy. But I use bitcoin earn some cash if bitcoin’s price is meager my profit will very low and I don’t want it to happen because the extra income or money I receive, will be used to support me into my daily expenses and more.

Obviously everyone wants to have a huge or high amount of profit or salary for our own sakes. I think it's not being selfish at all we all want to have exchange all our efforts and time that we put in a work like bitcoin. Greed is a nature of human. We don't feel contentment and want for more. Every one of us wants a higher profit right? That's why we want btc's price soar high, as simple as that. I'm not a hypocrite to deny that because that's the reality.
For me, I don't care anymore if the fees are high as long as the price are high also. I think it's just a matyer of proportion, if the price are high then the fees are high too, and if the price are low then the fees are low too. I don't see any problem with that.
i guess its human nature to have greed within each one of us, but it only depends on how we handle and manage ourselves properly, and its true that when it comes to me most specially in bitcoin it is present. it is also true that when the price of bitcoin rises we are all happy to see and hear, even though the fees are skyrocketing too. As for me i want a high price of bitcoin to make my future more better because when bitcoin price was turning so high i earn more saving so that i had an assurance fot my future and i can also start up and raise a business to have also profit..so that im still holding just to reach my goals an i believed that furtherly bitcoin price was rising again and not to fall again.until now bitcoin is on process pf recovery.how i wish that it will recover furtherly. Crypto Investors, traders, miners and bounty hunters or participants always wanted a high value of bitcoin. All of them aims to get a good earning in bitcoin and that only happens when the bitcoin price will goes higher. And that is why we want bitcoin goes higher after all.
Those who have already bough the bitcoins are having this wish in their minds to see the market value of the bitcoin getting even higher and that they are praying for this thing as this will help them in having a better earning later on. It's not unusual and selfish if everyone wants a high bitcoin price. Everyone does not want to lose money in their investment, surely they want to get profit. I think the best thing for bitcoin price is being stable and the ups and downs of price are not too far away, and every year the price increases. Maybe this is better and safer, and the risk of loss is very small. But we can not hope for all of those, because the market conditions will always change.
All of us in crypto currency wants to pumps up the value of bitcoin to have a higher profit and income when the price is in a high state. Yes the transaction will increase and the demand will high but it doesn't matter because its the same situation even the value of bitcoin is too high or low because if the price of bitcoin is low the transaction fee is low and if its high it will totaly go high its not a problem its totaly the same.
