Stock exchanges are located in different countries. In America, Asia, Japan, Russia, Europe. When it is night in one country, it is day in another country, so there is such a cycle, the opening and closing of the stock exchange.

You touched upon a very interesting topic. So you're talking about the stock market. There are stock exchanges in different continents. And when one night, others are waking. And vice versa. Plus, there are a lot of exchange sites that work around the clock, seven days a week. Accordingly, the market never sleeps.

people have computers or smart phones they can use all day, so you can buy and sell bitcoin or altcoin at any time of the day, just this ... I believe that with this facility that technology offers us has no reason to establish an opening time and a closing time for market. I may be wrong, but even countries like Japan that have regulated bitcoin have not imposed opening time and closing time for crypto market.

As whole world is connected through the internet and smart phones is the carrier for this. As time zone for all countries are different so world can not sleep at the same time. As digital market is fascinating everyone and no country has bounded the time frame of exchanges even regulated countries also.

There is only one way when you can say this thing that the market is sleeping and that is the case when there is not even a single investor or trader who is doing buying or selling of the crypto coins. Since such kind of situation has never occurred and that there are investors who always remain they’re in the crypto market and that they are either buying more crypto coins or selling the coins, thus keeping the market awake.

Lol yeah a trader sometimes always in front of the screen every hour just to look for opportunities to gain profit, but the meaning of "market never sleeps" is that we are in different time zones, and bitcoin users are in different countries, so there will always be activity in the market

In my own understanding market never sleep because no matter what happen even if bitcoin is in crisis or in goodshape the transaction never stops. And some of those transactions occur in market since we used to trade isn't? Missing the opportunity on the market is considerable as a big loss therefore market is never sleep.

It is called "market will never sleep" because the time of the countries in the world is not all the same. It is all different. So, if the market is worldwide, then it should be open 24hrs everyday. It should not sleep for the people use it and need it. Ofcourse there are many staffs that need to take a look at their market so that it will be always secure and not be entered by scammers and hackers. We can use the market anytime and anywhere so that is why the market is not closing.

This is such a magnificent thing where even anyone as a individual can trade online at any point of the time and from anywhere in the world and place buy/sell order . Also one can manually do it or just place the order at specified rate and keep it and if it reaches that price the order gets executed. Crypto never sleeps.

Crypto markets are a bit different compared to regular ones. As you said, normal exchanges have an opening and closing time day by day. Opposed, crypto markets are available 24/7 all day, I guess that is one point they say it
