There is no first's for Doge coin. It's a worthless, useless, un-innovative, scrypt algo, clone / rip-off coin that functions just like a ponzi scheme.
It offers people nothing but the opportunity to make money or get horribly burned.. for now. It is is dying and will drift off into obscurity soon enough.
Why ? Supply and demand.. people want money and it is already easier to get money from other flash mine / ponzi scheme coins. So Doge is basically dead already.

Completely and totally unintentionally, it was incompetence. The "dev" discussed editing the code to cap the supply to the 100 billion, as that was the given coin cap at launch.

Doge is great , just have problems with chain way to often. But still i think it will rise 1000% maybe sooner than we think.
