Everyone has become a holder because the current state of the market has called for that. It is better to hold your coins now than to sell them at a cheaper price ND regret later on when the prices of coins shoot up really high.
If you know how to trade, then you do not care, of course in a growing market you do not need such a lot of attention, concentration and nerves.
No one should hodl forever, there should be entering and exit points to any strategy

I do not agree, because today there is a huge flow of BTC which constantly moves only down, if you look at this annual chart. The only thing I can say is that most people today take the HOLD position 
Well if you look at all of the people who are making the most money from cryptos it is because they are hodlers so now people are starting to realize that holding is the best way to make the most amount of profit but it comes at a price and that price is that the network is no longer recording high volumes of transactions which is affecting the prices
In my experience with my holding currency I choose to hold it for too long because of my dream to earn a big profit and I think it is my one thing I know that will help my investments grow in a long year. And I think because of reading some articles lead me to believe that holding is the best thing to do with my investments.
many people become cryptocurrency holders because maybe the reason is they are trapped in expensive prices and they suffer a lot of losses if they sell at cheap prices so that there are so many cryptocurrency holders.
I think some people became forced coin holders. They hit the cryptocurrency market when it was growing up and simply did not have time to sell the coins in time. But I think there are those who believe that there will be market growth and that they will receive good profits in the future. I think some people have no choice but to remain a holder of their coins because if they choose to sell them then they will lost big amount of investment. These people are still a staunch believers in bitcoin's ability to rise after a long price declines. Others chose not to remain a bagholder and sold their coins to invest it in another coins that are still profitable even the market is still bearish.
It's so easy to know answer. Because they have too much confidence in this market and they didn't cut loss when their lost is very large.
Many investor becoming holder because they have buy bitcoin or altcoin at higher price and keep it until when bitcoin growing up, but they want have to sell right now will make lost their money.
Due to the current situation of the market, everybody who bought the coins at the high prices cannot able to sell them in the market due to huge downfall. If they start selling them now, they will be making very less amount of money and people are afraid about the less amount. So That's why people holding their asset for long-term instead of selling for loos.
Because the situation is such that they have to either go back to the plant to work, or become holders. Pretty bad prospects.
I'm ashamed to look at my investments now.For many, selling now is worse than losing everything.If the markets are cyclical then I think the growth is soon, it is only important to wait for it.

According to me, the reason for many people are holding their coins is because there is no one who wants to get a loss here. We know that the market condition is very bad now, and many people don't know what to do then "holding" is the best choice for them. Holding or not, don't forget to think about the risk behind that decision 
I urged my friends some weeks ago before the blood bath to convert all base coins to usdt. Holding any base coin in this bear period is detrimental. Only highly undervalued coins is advisable to hold for now till the market condition changes
People did not want to become long-term coin holders. They wanted to make a profit in a few months. But the market went down and changed people's plans.
At the moment, people trust cryptocurrency less than before. I think most people do not invest in cryptocurrency now.
You are right. Downright holding your whole investment is not a good idea. The best approach is to hold a part of your investment and do trading with the rest. This way you can manage to recover the loses.
