well i guess they dont have permission but goverment seem dont care and dont understand what they doing...why they open exchanges on islands my quistion is owner will allways go back to home town and they should be facing fraud acts in prison..and bitcoin has owners they are in california bitcoin devalopers they have keys for bitcoin devolopment....and bitcoin will be 0 again when all those bitcoin companies sell out all availbe usd that explains why bitcoin keeps crashing allways ....they making too much bitcoin a day from mining and scaming people on exchanges ...and the dangourus part is they focus advertizing on small children thats makes it worse they need to be in jail because no normal guy smart with brain will put 1buck in crypto

nobody knows who the real owner of bitcoin despite the circulating SATOSI name bitcoin creators but they do not have enough proof that the bitcoin owner is SATOSI and also the SATOSI name there is a lot in this world.
crypto exchages is a company that trades cryptocurrency they never force a person to engage in their place and they also have permission to do so.
