I wonder if this is the first time in history of bitcoin that the price has fallen faster in a year or two? But I agree, we should not panic about cryptocurrency's current market status. If it happened before it does not mean that the price will not rise again.

not all countries that announce bitcoin are illegal, there are some countries that are very supportive of bitcoin. a country that calls bitcoin illegal is a country that will lag behind its economy compared to countries that accept bitcoin as payment.
It's known fact that private currency that Govt can not regulate,track or control which will have effect on economy of the country

Government is making the bitcoin illegal because they understand the concept and the risk involved and also the threat to its citizens because of the anonymous transactions it was created for.
Some people think that BTC is used by terrorists so they restrict it. Moreover it can take the huge part of the state's banking system so government will lose money. Nobody wants to do it

No, Bitcoin does not have a legal entity, so that each country basically does not use bitcoin as a payment instrument, but each country uses a genuine currency determined by each country based on legal entities in the country, Bitcoin is not included in the category of legal entities in some country.

Simply because Government has no control over it. People are freely using bitcoin and other digital currency without paying taxes in the government that's why they spread the news that bitcoin is illegal. But other countries already put a regulation on bitcoin.
Yes, the governments are afraid that bitcoin could be used for payments legal or illegal which could not be controlled by them. So governments all over the world are trying to regulate bitcoin.
They didn't allowing BTC to be legal because of its outstanding amount. Basically computerized money or fiat in an market cannot be given a charge of tax. Taxation is the main reason why government didn't allow their country to be BTC free. BTC has its value, if BTC will surpass their money their money may have the chance to be useless and be more inflated. No one will be using their money and no one will be paying tax. This is only my theory and opinion though.

I think they want to end this whole blockchain technology which is far way impossible. They themselves are saying its illegal but they are the once investing into it the more. They frown at it because it has a decentralized nature.
