well i would  suggest u  to 80 percent cash and 20 percent bitcoins .because u never know that when the country of ours will totally ban bitcoins until and unless u have too many bitcoins u cant rely totally on them.kudoos Smiley

You should not really suggest such stupid shit to people or you will called out on it. Even if your country does 'try' and ban bitcoin, you think it will work? Around 50% of my savings are in bitcoin and I'm happy they are whatever happens.

I prefer cash at this point. More stable. I do think btc will increase in price but just as much there's a chance it could fuck up easily and crash too.

I also think that cash is still better and also way more used, the bitcoin first need to be used more before we can say its better.

Cash is better for your daily needs and if you are involved in some criminal activity. But Bitcoin may be preferable in the long run, especially if you going to save up a certain amount to make an important purchase. Inflation will be constantly cutting a dent in your wealth if you keep it as cash under the mattress, while with Bitcoin you may get decent profits just because of Bitcoin rising in price with time.

I rank bitcoins ahead of Cash only when I want to move money around easily( from one jurisdiction to another) or by trading with it( including gambling) but I quickly cash out as soon as the transaction is completed. In all this, it's safer when bitcoins is on a consistent rise. I'll be skeptical if it's difficult to predict the future so that's me you might have your own guidelines but my conditions are worth considering too.

I would prefer Bitcoins to cash as its a universal currency which makes accessing of most online services simple and fast with little to no KYC requirements that most of us dread  Wink

Because having a bitcoin is much better than having a cash. Bitcoin has a great value. And there are many different ways to earn it. With bitcoin transactions are made more easier. You don't have to go to banks to deposit and withdraw money. Bitcoin also has no tax than cash.

The reason why i have bitcoins instead of cash is also because i can earn them while i cannot earn cash as i don't have any jobs in real world, i just earn bitcoins and i'm using them in my daily life by converting them to cash later on, cash is needed because bitcoin is not usable everywhere right now.
I have to say that the possibility to make profit is one of the best things with regard to Bitcoin, but it is not the only good thing. There are many factors that can be an incentive for users to adopt Bitcoin, such as those mentioned by the OP.

From my point of view, the best of this is the possibility of transferring and storing value in a decentralized manner, it's something new and very important for the economy and, of course, for the users.

At this moment most of my daily transactions need cash to be carried out, so in my personal case I still prefer to use cash rather than bitcoins. Bitcoin is for ma a long term investment and I prefer to accumulate them when I can get some coins, and spend my existing cash before it lose its value because of its gradual devaluation.
You have to learn more about bitcoin so that you will be able to use bitcoin in your daily life instead of cash. After getting more knowledge about the usage of bitcoin you will find that it is much easy and convenient to use bitcoin for our needs instead of cash.

I don't think it is able to use now in daily needs we still need to withdraw or to do cash out before we can use it for foods and some necessities. Though we can use it now on paying electric and water bills,  ordering online for some stuffs, for eloading and transferring money. There is lots of services bitcoin can offer now so I think soon enough it can be for our daily needs also.

Yeah there is maximum people are earning money in good amount through bitcoin trading that there is many jobless people they are making their income through bitcoin trading after get their income through trading then they convert their bitcoin in fiat for local expenditure.
It has a special benefit to students because the students can easily earn money from home and they can continue their study without any hurdle of lack of money and after the completion of their education they will not need to search for jobs but they will have a good capital for starting their own business.

old or not is not an issue the problem lies within the value, we use cash/fiat to purchase our daily things and fiat will never be worthless

Zimbabweans may tend to disagree with you on that

Cash money isn't going to deflate, it's gonna inflate.  It's gonna lose purchasing power while you're holding it under your mattress.  That's what we call a huge impetus to spend it.  Bitcoin OTOH has been deflating, gaining value.  Why would you want to spend something that's doing that?

Maybe, because you may want to buy something expensive?

As you yourself said, fiat is going to inflate badly, so saving and accumulating your purchasing power in it is not a very good idea overall. You might well end up losing more than you would save. Therefore, if you want to buy something expensive (say, a home), you'd better stick to another tool of storing value, and Bitcoin comes in quite handy in this respect. On the other hand, what is the purpose of saving money without spending it later?

Currently, Bitcoin is free, there is no restriction of political terms.Bitcoin's potential is infinite, it has a great appreciation of space, the future will give me a huge profit.
I would like to use bitcoin shopping, but there is no shop in my country can use bitcoin as a payment method. So I hope bitcoin can be recognized by the world, in the international circulation.

great .its very good to hear that u have got u have pay local tacos with bitcoins .it would be  like dream come true if in india that we have to pay through bitcoins .but that not not gonnna happen in the next 50 years .but u can recharge ur phone through bitcoins through the zebpay .kudoos Smiley

Yeah, it is a easy way to recharge the iPhone with bitcoin, also paying the bills from bitcoin, But these all are short works and bitcoin is more useful for us, For example, i prefer bitcoin instead of cash, because bitcoin is investment and it is a new way on online to make money. Also i can use bitcoin in amount transfer easily with safely into an other account.
You still need cash for your daily life and impossible to live without it . Everyday you need cash I bet it , so you must considering cash as your primary needs in first place . You can using bitcoin as your investment and side-income .
Only fool would say that he can live without cash, it is needed for us to survive in this world. Bitcoin is still new and there is no assurance that it will last longer than what cash has achieve. The fact that it is not backed by the government, there's a big chance that it will be ban and suddenly lose in the circulation. Let us just enjoy what bitcoin has offered to us now but still use cash for our daily operations.

This is hardly possible unless Bitcoin starts seriously competing with the local currency. There are quite a few currencies in the world today, and most governments don't ban them from at least possession by their citizens, making only one currency legal (i.e. their own). Bitcoin in this respect is basically just another foreign currency, so there is no particular reason to ban it specifically. Though things may change drastically if Bitcoin eventually starts to crowd out national currencies from circulation...

But that's not going to happen any time soon

I do not think the bitcoin will be part of major daily usage for ordinary in the next few years. I just use it less than 1%.

And one more point is that, since it is not that popular like the fiat so we cannot compare our major daily usage yet we can have it as our  support on our needs, especially when you have it big enough then you can get what I mean.
