I see IEOs as an escape from the unfriendly activities within ICOs; thus the reason why it is continuously growing everyday. IEO since inception has proven to be a better means of participating in public sale than ICOs as it is safer and easier. In my opinion, I think IEO is worth it than ICO therefore a better choice.

Because with IEO on top exchanges, your project can be proved not a scam one if you can meet all of the requirements.
As investors, of course they will prefer to choose IEO than ICO, to avoid investing on scam project.
I think the lower risk is IEO, but if only you investing in good exchanges.

After so much scam from ICOs most investors moved towards Initial Exchange Offering. Basically the reasons for the move were that before an IEO is carried out in an exchange, they must have gone through some thorough research by the exchange team, also listing is sure unlike ICO that might take a pretty long time to list.

IEO often has lower risks than ICO has. I would advise to choose IEO now, but this is not everything you need to count in. ICO's weak point is lack of marketing and problems with exchange listings. IEO being held on a good exchange has more chances to succeed I think.

The little difference in IEO and ICO are the exchange site which acts as an escrow between the project owners and investors for successful investment/transaction but that doesn't guarantee a safe return for the investors.

I have seen so many scammed ICO before and i dont want to put my money at risk again.
Now we can look on a better or best exchange which is having IEO.
Then we can take a look of list on their IEO platform which project can be the best!
For me IEO is a game-changer in cryptocurrency as ICO is almost dead.

Most of the work has been done by the exchanges including a confirmed listing in the same exchange. This also make the project teams life easier. That's why all are moving to IEO these days.

IEO is getting more popular now and use by many team project to offer a better situation with the future investors.
ICO has many scam before and it results that the investors are afraid to invest in.
IEO is now manage within an exchange which gives the investors a good insurance.
