Talking about halving events that occur every four years just as you said, what is it all about the events?can I be clarified with that.!

The event that happens every 4 years is called "Bitcoin Halving." This could be seen as the process of reducing the total mining reward by half, controlling the rate at which new Bitcoin are produced (mined), and at the same time controlling the number of Bitcoin in circulation.
The first halving happened in 2012, when the reward for miners was reduced from 50 Bitcoin as mining reward for each block to 25, which is a total reduction by half of the actual figure. This kind of reduction happens every 4 years; the last halving was around 2020, which brought down the block reward to 6 BTC+ per block (don't know the accurate figure), so next year 2024 is the expected next halving. This kind of event is usually among things that trigger a bull run.

Lightning network is good with small amount of BTC
Then Reflecting it back on bitcoin I learnt it is when crypto prices increase rapidly and significantly, so when the bitcoin prices increases what happens to the stock market?? Which drive me back to this question that "WHY IS BITCOIN ALWAYS IN A STATE OF BULL RUN"BTC
If you want to learn about bitcoin speculation, you have to do it alone, do not relate it in anyway to stocks.

Bullrun is believed to be the peak period of bitcoin price whereby it rises steadily and this is caused by the halving event that occurs every four years
Bitcoin was at $16000 for few months last year in fourth quarter, but the price rose from $16000 to $31000. That was bull run too. There has been massive bull run after halving too which have always been massive enough to lead to all-time-high, but bull run can occur at anytime after bear market.

During my research about bitcoin,I was acquainted with the paraphrase BULL RUN, which from a wide range of meaning it's a state or period of time when the prices of stock's and shares rise above normal.

Bullrun is believed to be the peak period of bitcoin price whereby it rises steadily and this is caused by the halving event that occurs every four years, people invest and hodl till this period is achieved and we have next year as the target on the next event, other cryptocurrencies and stocks also have the tendencies to rise along during this period.

Then Reflecting it back on bitcoin I learnt it is when crypto prices increase rapidly and significantly, so when the bitcoin prices increases what happens to the stock market??

The bitcoin network is not a dependent of stock market but whenever there's bullrun like this, other stock market tends to increases as well but not a must, while other cryptocurrencies also increases as well during this period and at the same time, it's such a period that needs total attention and carefulness because the bitcoin use to be very high in volatility which means within a couple of times anything can change that it goes dip or high.

Which drive me back to this question that "WHY IS BITCOIN ALWAYS IN A STATE OF BULL RUN"BTC

1. Because halving occur
2. To increase it value
3. To make it more profitable
4. To serve as an investment asset or currencies
5. To shows it's volatile and Decentralized
