In my opinion, first reason is decentralization system of Bitcoin. People are able to handle it with their sweet will. It is spreading more day by day and the uses of Bitcoin is also increasing. It is one of the safest and reliable among people. That's why people trust it other than any crypto currency.

Some really good points, I will make some points why BTC is superior to any other cryptocurrency1- First in the market; BTC was the first cryptocurrency and there is nothing that can change it.
2- Anonymous; every crypto has its founders known in public but no one has a clue who Satoshi was
3- BTC is more valuable than other cryptos; Each halving the miner's reward is decreased to half which means more scarcity in future
There can be 100s of other reasons but these 3 reasons are most important ones that make BTC superior to other coins.
Simply because there are so many traders already earn a lot with bitcoin. We all know that it is real and not a scam. When it comes to rice, it is very high compare to altcoins but still it is very popular and a lot of investors continue to believe in bitcoin.

From a technical point of view, I firmly believe bitcoin has proven to be secure and reliable. But not all bitcoin users understand this if they don't study it in detail. The advantage of bitcoin is being the first coin to get a lot of support from many big companies, when Mr. Nakamoto makes bitcoin so everything is still raw, after bitcoin mining companies emerged they developed it for the better so that bitcoin got high trust.

I think the best answer for this question, probably it's because bitcoin is the very first asset in the market that until now still very promising and optimistic and for sure the way how it can make hype in the market despite of all the struggles, were the common reason why investor keep believing that there's a future on bitcoin, because indeed even though there are some new promising projects emerging in the market bitcoin still can cope to keep the rank, unlike those old coins that suddenly became weak and can't even compete in the market, for me the history of bitcoin itself is enough proof that it's worth it than other cryptocurrencies in the market in my personal opinion.

I came to discover bitcoin wasn't really the first digital currency project before bitcoin came into Lim light we had other digital currency projects that failed the likes of Digicash, BitGold , B-money which were first attempted in the early 1990s people developed trust for bitcoin after it survived several market conditions.
