the demand is also decreasing as time goes by and there are less ICOs for people to buy with their ETH tokens so there is no more reason to buy ethereum anyways.
on top of it bitcoin is rising and that puts all the altcoins down. and ethereum has not been doing well for a long time, ever since the price was pumped up to 0.14BTC ethereum has been free falling slowly.

Yep, Like everyone is practically saying. It's due to weak hands. Everytime BTC reaches a new ATH we can always expect altcoins to dump. It's good that ETH dropped in price though - We all know how resilient ETH is to dumps, so if it drops in price it's a great time to buy.
the price of ETH is dump it because the value of bitcoin is in the higher level at now.. more holders sales they eth for that moment.. because we all know that the value of bitcoin is volatile either the altcoins drastically fall..
Bitcoin price is rising so rapidly that people are dumping their ethereum to try and buy bitcoin, it will recover once bitcoin goes sideways or down.
It is quite common for eth and alt coin to drop in value when bitcoin is rally higher in value and keep breaking all the time. The natural course will be investors selling all their other asset and buy into bitcoins to secure the gains.

that also what i think eth price drops becauseost of the investor and trader attention was on btc but in due time once the btc price will consolidate eth price will bounce back.

his name is also trading, the price is erratic sometimes rise sometimes down but it is the price of eth is now declining and I regret it. may be the factor of eth price decline due to the rising price of btc.

Because bitcoin increases too fast; Not Ethereum alone, altcoins all fell sharply. All the predictions about Bitcoin and altcoin seem to be wrong. Bitcoin does not fall, it up to $ 7300. It was very unexpected.

I think so, the bitcoin price is very high today. Eth dropped to 0.039 from 0.047 yesterday. How come? My opinion is that a lot of eth holders sell their coin to btc, they are waiting for free airdrop of segwit2x on november 16. Before fork of bitcoin gold 25 october the price of bitcoin is also increase. I think there are more people expecting free cash from segwit2x. I hope the eth price will recover soon because I hold eth in my wallet and exchangers.

Yup! that is a certain one reason but there is bitcoin cash that is much more higher that ETH the ex 2nd rate crypto are now 3rd because of it, but we can see that ETH or Ethereum are beginning to move up right now and it is heading up just like bitcoin value does, but in a momentum of bitcoin we can only see certain Alts to just have a small step, but I am certainly hype of the price of bitcoin right now and it is great to trade right now because many Alts will sure go up and would synchronize with bitcoin price.
