Why oh why oh why do I not have any money in an exchange right now!!!!!!!! Every single time!
Story of my life

+1 Sad
How about something like Coinbase, where they pull from your bank account at any time you want to buy? Of course, no limit orders, but good for those times you don't have funds in a "real" exchange, and just want to buy when you think the price is super-low.

Maybe you'll be glad you didn't have money in an exchange if it drops way down, and you can buy even lower. I wouldn't be shocked if it revisited the 60s... or if it doesn't.

I usually use BitcoinCharts.com to look at a bunch of USD exchanges, but it's down right now (I assume, due to bandwidth being exceeded).

I bought about 2 hours before it crashed. I was quite nervous for a while. We'll see how the next couple of days go.

Your image, or just your keychain? How is your image license? I'm all for opensource but if you haven't licensed it that way, go get 'em.
My keychain and photo! This and other photos of the keychains are creative commons licensed, with the hope and intent media would use the images (as they have been). It seemed to me a handful of images were being used a lot, so I figured there was a demand for new Bitcoin imagery (especially that could be used for free). While I haven't seen much correlation between use of the images on major websites and keychain sales, it's nice to be able to say "as seen on" and then list a bunch of mainstream and Bitcoin-centric websites (CoinDesk.com has used keychain images on a half-dozen articles). But I didn't mean to get too off topic...

As far as the price crash, looks like there's been a little rebound. But who knows what the next few days will bring. Glad to have picked up a few BTC at prices below the current price, but maybe the price will tank more in coming hours/days, and I will wish I would have put in lower-priced buy orders.

Of course, the day after I buy the market crashes... Just my luck. Luckily it wasn't a substantial amount of money. I think it will recover though - it seems it already has started.

It may be connected to this:

Yet again, my Bitcoin Keychains used on the Washington Post to represent Bitcoin (good news or bad)!

A bunch of my BTC buy orders have executed, time to set up some new limit orders be ready for what could come the next few days. I'm long Bitcoin, it's all an opportunity as I see it.

30% + down and 30% up in just less than an hour.

A whooping 60% price movement in less than 2 hours.

An over reaction to silk road news. Bitcoin isn't compromised; DPR was just sloppy by posting an email with his real name right on this forum.
