I just started recently but I see myself being addicted to gambling.
We will start addicted once we won. We will continue betting again, and again till we lose. But, need to think wisely, or else you can lose a lot. Trust me, gambling will make you lose more than ypur winning.

that kind of person is an adrenaline junkie, which means someone who seek out and craves thrilling adventures and/or activities to get an adrenaline rush. i think that's the reason why there are people getting addicted to such risky activities like gambling

Even when I win, I have double of what I went in with but end up gambling more.
It is bothersome thing if you ask me.
I would think it is the lure of the win and not all the time about the money, unless there is a lot at stake.

in my opinion the main reason is the fact that it makes people think that its actually possible to win a lot of money in a very short period of time, it makes people want to try again and again

sadly to say, smartphone can be a very dangerous tool. i have seen students so addicted to their phone that they cant study properly and they cant focus at all without touching the phone for 5min.

Yes and for me its basically so much addicted that sometimes I take holidays from work and try to gamble on those days. I have foujd some ways to control it though.
