you can never actually make sure whether the team you selected will win or not so it is really riskyYes you can never make sure if the team you are going to bet is going to have you assurance that you are going to win but it is just becoming better to others.

Sports betting is best type of gambling because it's doesn't based on luck. You only need to have good knowledge about sports and. You have to watch lot of competitions and analyze rezilts and odds. It's hard for newbies because they using emotions and sympathy to their favourite teams or athletes while betting.
But you may be partially wrong because if you want to will all your bets on sports only based on knowledge then it is not possible because some time unexpected thing will happen and results may change so we need a some kind of luck even in sports betting to win but knowledge is very important.

knowledge is the most important in gambling. when we know about the sport, we can easily predict the favorites teams and easy to make a profit. but right as you say. if they do not know about the sport, it will still be difficult for them to bet on sports betting. maybe they could have been better in casino or poker games.
It's not about knowing the sport or players as in sports, the best team also loses and with a huge margin. I bet on the team with the max odds and they mostly end up winning rather than losing and rarely they have ended up on the losing side. When in doubt, it's better to check the stats of both the teams and then place a bet.

Its a good premise I think because sports game results can be so random. So yea if you are truely skilled in your judgement, you can beat the bookies! I know this is possible, though most of the time the odds of course will not favour the punter making money. Its never going to be that way but I kinda agree that sports betting is some of the most enjoyable gambling because the factors are real life, unscripted and beyond the control of of any one entity.
The downside also would be that due to a large human element in the games and outcomes you do possibly introduce the idea of corruption and even fixing. I think thats rare still but something to keep in mind, I know most sports take this very seriously

On a roulette wheel, the casino knows exactly what the odds of the ball landing on number 7 are, so they pay out less than that.

Actually it is not. I used to think it is, but its better for smaller odds. Once you make bets on games at 2 multiplier, the odds are actually much less than 50%, they are more like 30% giving the sportbooks a big house edge. This is also the reason that some of the biggest gambling companies in the world are sportbookies and not other gambling establishments .

Totally agree, estimates the team will we support is the best way to minimize risk. but it also depends on how well you perform analysis or examine the estimates team be supported. If you still haven't been able to do it well, then I hope it could be merged into the group that is already a professional to do it
I do agree that we have a winning chances better in sports betting than casino games but here also we need some luck to win always apart from our knowledge because nowadays there are so many chances has been fixed so our calculations based on past performance may not be helpful in those situation so we need some luck to support our knowledge win always in sports betting.
