I thought technically it still is illegal, but they just don't enforce it? Netherlands does seem to have one of the better ways of dealing with drugs and prostitution though. I like Amsterdam, it's a cool city.

Are the DEA still busting people in Colorado? Do your parents check your mail? How would they know? Get it sent to a friends or something.
