Some countries banned gambling sites so you have to use VPN to access from those countries. It has something to do with the law of the countries and nothing to do with Primedice.

It's working for me. To bypass the stupid country dependent regulations on website you don't even need to spend money on a VPN, just get TOR. You will have to enable javascript among other stuff which may compromise privacy, but without being paranoid it will be both safe enough and will do it's main job here which is trick the site into thinking you are from another country so you can bypass the restriction which is all due your IP being from a certain country.
Edit: Ok it actually seems to be down.. it's stuck in "loading".

If I'm not wrong it is not primedice restrict people to access there website but some countries are blocking primedice site so you can't access. Primedice want more people to play there game but because of its popularity some countries are blocking it. If you want than you can use VAN.
ya what you are telling is correct, some countrys restric some sites to be used by their country peoples as they think threat to the people, in arab country you cannot acces some site, if you want you can use vpn service which will give you access to this sites.
same for my country, they already have restriction to some of the gambling sites like bet365 etc. they r now also starting to focus on digital currency too so i think it is just a matter of time. i think their mindset is, if you want to play, you either go to local casino to play. dont play online to leak the currency out.
You can still play it using ip changer because it can generate your ip everytime you log in and log out and it is much safer to do some bet. But some sites you need to make account there to relog again just becareful when you find this kind of site. You need to directly withdraw all your money before you log out

I've always wanted to bet there, but for some reason primedice restricts players from using their site in my country, Australia. Why is this?

Maybe it's because of gambling licenses? Although I don't think that is very common in btc gambling. I think they are still bypassing this issue, but maybe some countries are already making things difficult for the btc gambling world, I don't know.
No way on earth is any bitcoin site going to get gambling license for a country like US. I think bitcoin has to be recognised by gov as a currency in order for people to need a gambling license doesnt it. Very confusing.

A VPN will work, however be aware that it may be illegal to access these websites in your country; if I can recall correctly, Australia has different (stricter?) rules regarding both gambling online and offline

Yes its considered pretty bad to gamble if your country doesn't allow it. Somebody had their Coinbase account closed because they detected withdraws from a gambling site.
It's restricted because some countries do not approve online gambling and as so they block these kind of sites.
and my country is one of them. they already have block most of the popular sites that accept our cc and now they also stepping up to block gambling sites that accept btc. i switch to btc is becuz of cheaper fees and harder to track, and yet it they r closing in.

Damn, being from America I didn't realize some sites are starting to block access to their sites to American users. I was aware of a few but was mostly unaffected until I realize primedice has done the same. Ill have to check out the free vpn some folks are talking about.
Well PD's block to US visitors is not something new, but it has been doing so for many months. I remembered reading an announcement from Stunna in early 2015. Other than using VPN, Tor would do the job as well but the connection may likely be slow.

oh i did not even know that it is possible to restrict the website in some countries, i think the reason for that might be that the country does not allow not licensed casinos for players to play in

Use a free VPN to bypass this. Lots of free vpns on the web.

Free VPN's usually suck. Plus they sometimes use your connection for other people. I suggest using a paid one, not going to advertise multiple companies on here but you can get a good, trustworthy one for around 10 dollars a month.
