from what i've seen in the stock market, when news comes out, everyone starts selling and then that's it.. a pump and dump.
but at other times, when news comes out and a stock continues going up, nothing's gonna stop it from rising and the rise usually stops and idles at high prices. it's real value.
hope it is the latter for XRP.
