I would say that's it's natural to see such dumps after a long pump that happened during the last two days. Some traders try to close their short positions and get a profit from such volatility. But I prefer just to wait, because it's too risky for me. I expect that the price will go up again tomorrow.

This situations is very normal that all cryptocurrencies incounter dumping and pumping there price value. It's depends upon the demand and supply in the market. So as we an see now the price of all cryptocurrencies are slowly to moving up. But we can not predict how long it goes. Maybe tomorrows it going to red agin or maybe there is a continuously improvement  of moving up the price of all cryptos.

So you're asking why did the price of bitcoin start going down after it jumped around 20% in one day? Do you really need an answer to this question or are you just posting for the sake of it? Obviously it's going down because the hype phase is over, and trade volume is returning to normal, thus supply and demand can act to stabilize the price at a somewhat lower price.

This topic should think to move to Bitcoin Discussion will be more reasonable. Explaining the fall in Bitcoin rates, the most likely reason is that after the Bitcoin rate has risen distinctly in the past few days, many people have sold their Bitcoin holdings to make a profit because they bought Bitcoin at low exchange rates. And after all, investors have sold out to make a profit, the BTC rate will increase rapidly, predicted to reach $ 15,000.

Why is the bitcoin price going down?
High demand = high price
Low demand = low price
More buy orders = high price
More sell orders = low price

Why is the bitcoin price going down?

Price going down is a normal thing. And if you look at bitcoin price  on couple days ago, it's touched $6500, and today it's rise up to $8000, so we can said it's not going down at all.

The variance of the fluctuation is not that big enough to conclude that it is really dropping. I think that this minor dip could have been the adjustment of bitcoin and perhaps let us wait within the coming weeks on what will happen in the crypto market trend.

At present, after the Bitcoin rate has risen by more than 20%, so many investors sell Bitcoin to make the profit because they bought BTC at the exchange rate of $ 5,000. This is inevitably causing the BTC exchange rate to fall at this time. But I believe in May will be a boom month of the BTC's exchange rate, predicting the exchange rate will rise to $ 15,000.
yes, I agree with you, Kobayashi sells $ 3000,000 bitcoin assets, and apple funders also sell bitcoins with great value. and high sales is a bitcoin factor down drastically

but also false news and panic sales is another factor that makes bitcoin value fall.

Bitcoin two days jumped the price up to $ 1,500. That now there is its correction, it is quite normal phenomenon.

We should not expect a continuous rise in the price of bitcoin without some price correction, presently the bitcoin price is been determined by fundamental analysis which relates to news about bitcoin as per each country, the listing of btc in the fx market also plays a huge role in the price reaction.

Quit paying attention to the prices every minute or you'll go crazy.  It's natural to go back a little before going full blast ahead.  Look at a real bull, they normally move back a little before they charge forward and knock you off the ground.

It's just a normal dump after every pump and this time it's the same Cheesy. I think a lot of people are crying because of this dump. LOL. Maybe they thought that the whole market will keep increasing like this till the end of this year.  Tongue. But don't worry guys Smiley). It'll rise back soon and the next pump will be much better than this time and it'll last much longer of course Smiley)

Why is the bitcoin price going down?

there are two answers on you question.
1. BTc is goin to consolidation phase and after we will go to $9k
2. It was  good pump and we fell into the bear trap and still can go $5k

Just see it more like a quick test of the upper downtrend line that we broke out from as support. Like every other person already told you, it is normal to always see a quick and short pull back after a massive run.

Once we are able to spot that as a support and bounce from it, we will go back to test the previous resistance if we can break it. You should only get worried if we end up breaking down into the downtrend channel as that may send us back down to where we started from yesterday or lower. Hoping to see some good action in this market in coming weeks though.

We need to wait a bit more to say safely we are in bull market. This could be just a little wave and we can return back to climbing or maybe we fall back to 6-7k to stay there a bit more and then start to real bull run. No one knows which is the path we will follow. No matter what happens bull market is not really far from us anymore.

We shpould not expect a continuous pump in the price of Bitcoin, without a break or a little dump. The market is yet to be stabilized and some are still afraid of what might happen. So, this set of people are still dumping. Well, they will soon realize that they should not have dumped. Even if the price of Bitcoin dumps, it will still pump. That is a just a natural law.

Why is the bitcoin price going down?

If you look, price was in green last few days and this week has been somewhat okay as I can see slowly that price is creating itself for new lunch till 10k and above in the future. Just be patient, nothing can simply raise without the fallback, without some small correction, it has to take place. Why? Because people are happy with their profits and are looking into cashing and turning their profits or portion of it into fiat. That's why you hear that you have to have strong faith and hold.

Its just a natural consolidation which happens even in a bull market, mostly once or twice a week (weekends). So no need to worry for now, but we still have to see if we are really in a bull trend or this recent pump was just a bear trap.
