The professor of a university challenged his students with this question. "Did God create everything that exists?" A student answered bravely, "Yes, he did".
The professor then asked, "If God created everything, then he created evil. Since evil exists (as noticed by our own actions), so God is evil. The student couldn't respond to that statement causing the professor to conclude that he had "proved" that "belief in God" was a fairy tale, and therefore worthless.
Another student raised his hand and asked the professor, "May I pose a question? " "Of course" answered the professor.
The young student stood up and asked : "Professor does Cold exists?"
The professor answered, "What kind of question is that? ...Of course the cold exists... haven't you ever been cold?"
The young student answered, "In fact sir, Cold does not exist. According to the laws of Physics, what we consider cold, in fact is the absence of heat. Anything is able to be studied as long as it transmits energy (heat). Absolute Zero is the total absence of heat, but cold does not exist. What we have done is create a term to describe how we feel if we don't have body heat or we are not hot."
"And, does Dark exist?", he continued. The professor answered "Of course". This time the student responded, "Again you're wrong, Sir. Darkness does not exist either. Darkness is in fact simply the absence of light. Light can be studied, darkness can not. Darkness cannot be broken down. A simple ray of light tears the darkness and illuminates the surface where the light beam finishes. Dark is a term that we humans have created to describe what happens when there's lack of light."
Finally, the student asked the professor, "Sir, does evil exist?" The professor replied, "Of course it exists, as I mentioned at the beginning, we see violations, crimes and violence anywhere in the world, and those things are evil."
The student responded, "Sir, Evil does not exist. Just as in the previous cases, Evil is a term which man has created to describe the result of the absence of God's presence in the hearts of man."
After this, the professor bowed down his head, and didn't answer back.

I agree with the author of the topic that evil is the result of the wrong choice of a person! Unfortunately ((Humanity chose the man-made path of development that led us to great needs, whims and bad habits.We exhausted the planet, lost the notion of honor, honesty, mercy and compassion.We litter where we live, we offend the weak, we strive for money and power that make us want more money and power, even the most religious people are bogged down in sin and evil. Аnd we constantly complain that we are being attacked by some kind of trouble, in fact - we just get what we deserve .

Now the potential for love outweighs the existence of evil, because you see, evil is only going to exist for a short time, but love is going to go on forever. For me its up to you. God gave us freedom or freewill to have our decision in our lives. If you want to make evil things its up to you but if you make good things in your life God gives you blessings.
I guess there is evil in the world to distinguish the good from bad, pure form dirty and dark from light.
I guess that's the same reason why there's good in this world, right?
It is not by freewill but by sin that cause man to choose to live with it instead living with the path provided by God.

Everything happens in life because it is our choice. Man choose his own destiny. Man became evil because of being greedy of wealth and power. Envy is other one. God created man equally but man wanted to be better than anyone.
Evilness came about Jealousy .This is so because Lucifer by name Satan this days was one of the most high priest among the Angels in heaven .it came to a time that he convinced some of these Angels to attack the almighty king in heaven and he was thrown to this ending land . Evilness grew in him strongly because he saw that human has being created by the almighty God to rule the land he lives and this took him to destroy Gods people he saw that human posses something greater than what is within him .By so doing he tries to convincing humans also not to go near to God .
Maybe because of the greed that is inside of all of us
Before the fall of man evil was not yet existing. But when man disobey God. Evil enter. It means we human are the one who create evil.

Because people let evil standout on their hearts rather than goodness. They are the people who give up that there are still hope and don't believe in good things and they just know that they have the most unfortunate life and doing good will not help them at all.
It's because there are angel so it has to be evil inside. That's the balance.
According to my opinion they are evils everywhere because of gods. i didnt mean an invisible & unlimited power with gods. they are just human but represent gods. thier kindness is proof for that.then we can address them as real gods in the world. other hand there are evil also. in our real life it is very hard to find gods. most of time we meet evil.
Earth needs to have evil stuff to apreciate good things. Ongoing evil stuffs show humantiy how important to do good things on life. That's why, there is a lot of evil and horrible incidents on earth. Evil makes good people stronger for sure.
Because in everything there are always exist 2 sides of that object. It's good and bad and the bad side is evil.
Everything in this world needs the opposite. So good is necessary evil, because the contrast helps us to understand what is good, but what, what we like and what does not

Yes There's a lot of evil in the world. if you're doing good they have a lot of evil things that they will do to you unless you treat them right but money is one of those thing they could manipulate and makes them greed. some of them they want money for evilness to get those power.
