฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
I have a feeling AccountsLegend = carbone9090

carbone9090 tried to sell fake tokens but then got called out by a couple of members, some of them are MadHatters, Eisenhower34 for selling them tokens that can not be sold anywhere because the contract had been broken a long time back.

He then goes on a vengeful journey to comment of threads created by those members calling them scammers
1. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63616123
2. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63638870

He didn't stop there, about a week later, AccountsLegend also starts posting in the same thread and leaving feedback on both profiles with hope that other DT members will tag both accounts too
1. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63669198
2. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63669212

MadHatters    2024-02-15        He is scammer.Get full member from me and blocked me after details without paying money.Don't trust even for one dollar
Eisenhower34    2024-02-16    Reference    This is brought account,I had sold this account. The buyer Madhatters doesn't pay money for this legendary. If you have doubt.Check their was post gap between 2020 and 2023.Both Madhatters and he send feedback to one guy.Check the link for more details.
He used https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=928096 (carbone9090) as reference.  Grin

For now, I am going to create a scam accusation for carbone9090 for now. He can not be trusted.

It is not allowed in the forum if you mean about multiple post in a row then I don't think there's an explanation that a forum member doing that will get banned or negative trust but only said not allowed.
It's duplicate posting on other boards to be exact. Yes, users will not get banned just by doing this but warnings will be given to the account, and it will not be tolerated.

I am very sure that moderators do not ban users based on account sales. So, in that aspect, he is free. The only punishment he should receive is the one he is suffering currently i.e red tag.
Yes, but accounts can be nuked when spams are too much and redundant in a certain point.

In terms of spamming, should I say that the moderators do not consider him a spammer or his type of spam isn't detrimental to the forum. Maybe if he shares link with suspected malware, he would be banned immediately.
Spam posts doesn't only falls on that kind of posting, it is subjected based on mods as what they already been mentioned.

At the very least expected scenario, the user was scammed due to his eagerness to have sales on those accounts.

Goodnight, o_e_l_e_o 🌹
I have reported his post from 2022 on our local board. I have reported current post of him on our local board. He is still active as per my understanding and the mods are least bothered. He has been spamming almost every board where he can find an opportunity. Considering his activities and his objective the account should be banned for good. If not then he will continue to promote his objective of selling account, which I feel would create a wrong impression among newbies.

Maybe if such a user is banned, he will just create more of similar accounts and continue their activity. Maybe the best thing to do is to contend them and use the red tag and flag to fight him.

About the same multiple post in a row if you check in the forum profile of a forum member but instead of single thread or board but a forum member is posting it in different forum boards but I also didn't see any explanation that if someone did it then that member will get punished although there's a high chance that those threads that are the same but posted in different boards will be locked by mod and keep one of it in a forum board that the thread should belong anf giving negative trust if the thread's purpose is to sell account, scam attempts and other malicious attempt.

Unfortunately, moderators do not ban anyone if they do not violate the forum rules. If he posts the same thing in multiple threads or creates the same threads in a different sections, moderators may warrant a temp ban and delete their posts. But, usually, users do not get banned for the first case. If they do it repeatedly and someone reports those posts, they might get a temp ban and even a perma ban. It depends.

I have seen multiple new ICO projects create their ANN thread in Bitcoin discussion section which is a incorrect section for their project, but their threads always get moved and they don't get banned. But, I feel like those users act like noob by creating threads in a incorrect section. But the reality is, they do it intentionally to get more attention.

if he continues in this order, then its very sure that he is going to be noticed more often and his numbers of reports will increase thereby making the moderator to take action on his behavior to either delete the posts, offer him temporary ban or keep locking his thread while his posts on other peoples thread got deleted or moved to off topic, its very important that we help in reporting users like this whenever they were being sighted.
I just checked the user profile right now, and I notice that the user has been here even longer than most of us here in the forum. The account was registered way back in 2019, and looking at the post history, all I could see were account-selling-related posts.

The moderators have been able to take action on his recent post and get them kicked out due to the number of reports it gets from people. This is the only length I guess the moderators can go for such action unless the user commits some other great crime in the forum, which is when he or she can either get a warning ban or a permanent ban to get off the forum. Well, the moderators not banning the account yet is what's holding or keeping the scammer from creating another account to start posting his sales posts again.

Though was actually thinking this profile will be restricted by now but i m still surprised seeing this profile active and posting all sort of account sales post meaning he is free to post and scam people the more. If i were admin there should be a form of temporary ban to limit the rate at which he has been promoting this account sale post, maybe when he scam someone they will end up giving him more tags or possibly ban his account, I think is best time they scrap that account before causing more harm to people over here.

I have read that scams are not being moderated here in this forum, but those who are confirmed scammers are being given a negative tag on their profile. This user already got 7 of those for trying to sell forum accounts to others.
But when someone repeatedly creates the same thread with the same content on a different board and section intervals of minutes and seconds without anything being changed or added to the new one, is that a form of spamming? And are spammers who are littering the forum supposed to go unpunished? <✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂✂>
Edit: All post have been deleted by moderator.
Maybe for this, reason-
18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed, but account sales are discouraged.
According to forum rules, it's allowed,And although it is discouraged in that case it is technically doesn't go against the forum rules. And that's the only reason his account is still active. Think how many years he has been doing these things, it's all most five years plus and among the accounts he has sold, many accounts are sitting tagged. I think I saw a topic on the reputation board about him scamming people.
However, you edited your op and wrote that the moderator has deleted all the posts but I checked his profile and saw that there are still many posts that are related to account selling. Anyway, I put him on my ignore list on my own to avoid these

I hope the spammer doesn't come back and creates a bunch more.
as long as the account is not restricted, the account will continue to carry out such actions. Even if the account is banned, they will create a new account to continue their business. I call it a business because this account has consistently carried out its activities for several years.

Regarding spam posts, we can only report it to the moderator, and let the authorities handle it. The account doesn't care about reputation, but if there are still people doing business with it, I think it's just stupid people.

Maybe he really is a fraud. Not only in bitcoin forum but also in various telegram groups he is talking about his fraudulent activities. Today I saw in a telegram group that he posted a senior member account for sale. In his post on Telegram, he is asking $160 for a senior member's account. I was already a member of that Telegram group which is why I came across it today and am going to present it to you.

Maybe we should all stay away from these scammers. These people will cheat people whenever they get a chance.

Aside from the tags that appears red on his profile are their no other means of stopping him from posting those garbage’s?

Just ignore him if you don’t like seeing his post. He recently spam the forum with his sales thread even on the board that is off topic. His account might get a temporary ban if continue doing that and worst is perma ban.

Besides, the user has a terrible trust score. I wonder who’s in their right mind that will deal to this user directly while escrow in the forum usually doesn’t accept anymore any transaction related to account selling. Using the ignore button is best thing to do since account selling is not against the rules of the forum.

That user is a very shady one, and I believe someone like that should at least get a ban but since it's not against the rules of the forum that's why he's not getting banned.

However, It's much better to report such posts to moderators can handle such users and remove their so-called account selling threads.

I have also seen the user's threads and he has already got some red tags which proves that he's a scammer.

not really, unless the user broke a rule that is bannable I don't think there is much that can be done, but to be honest, even if this guy got banned I won't be surprised if he just makes another account and continues what he is doing. these people are persistent and do not care about the forum rules.

Account sale is discouraged, not prohibited. It explains why the account was not banned.

Forum has trust and trust feedback to handle this. You can tag, DT member can tag the seller to warn people who want to buy any account as it is risky.

Losing money to the seller.
Bought account can be locked by security.
Purchased account can be negative tagged by forum DT members to make it useless.

You don't know how dedicated spammers are? It will come back later maybe with different accounts with the same post content. Well, us spectators, reporting posts is the only way to fight them until they got tired of what they are doing.

As you can see on this rule 18 of BTT, there's no penalty for sales of account but it's highly discouraged and most accounts that are sold when caught usually receive negative trust from members of the forum(they have no value and may not be able to participate in any signature campaign). The only offense the op is commiting here is that he is spamming so many board on the forum. Such things like selling of accounts should be posted on the service board.

I also reported all his topics that he created today except the first one. All that I reported have been deleted.

There is nothing that can be done. It would be good for a moderator to give such people a warning if creating same topics like this at the same time, else temporary ban.

Although, if I see such topics, I do report them as soon as possible and soon it would be deleted.

You need to hit that report button instead of making a thread first. Creating a thread here won't help mods to notify of a new reported post from that specific account.

Well, upon reporting, seems like those thread were deleted now.
I also did report the threads, but I don't know how active that was or if I did it the right way.

And I just checked, and all posts have been deleted. The moderators really acted fast. I hope the spammer doesn't come back and creates a bunch more.
