Seems to me perfectly normal. Depending on your country must be feeling the difference actually. Whenever you are in the trading market remember that most of the western world drives the trading chart because most of the heavy investors are from those lands themselves. If you are working on the weekend then it is by nature the perfect holiday for westerners. They would care less about their work or job and thus they will be enjoying their lives to the fullest. You can always see peak hours are on weekdays because all the individual to institutional investors would be making their important decision and investments during the weekdays. I am pretty confident this is the prime reason you are seeing such slow movement on the weekends/holidays.

my question is why this difference in candles ,
my possible reasons are because insitutional traders are on holiday's or all traders are on holiday at that day,but financialcrypto markets are never on holidays.
share your thoughts why this candle differences, and very low volume.
It is weekend and everyone will love to spend some time with family and friends to have fun. Institution investors will be on holiday since they are the big boys in the market. If the big boys don't show up in the market, definitely the market wouldn't be profitable because traders like me and you don't have much. It is normal that when few people goes to market to buy and sell, you might end up not seeing what you want to buy, therefore it is better not to waste your time in going to the market. This is how the crypto market is especially during the weekend when few traders will be available.
If we do speak about volatility then it would be totally in random because even on weekdays on which there are really times that movement isnt really that much which means it is really not that profitable
when you do tend to play with the waves. This is why always following these fundamentals or so called patterns wont really be that as precise but i cant really deny up that these kind of observation
in between weekends and weekdays are really that indeed true but of course there are really times which it do really oppose on things on what should happen.
This is where things make more challenging and wont be that simple.

Bitcoin = Financial freedom
Making money can never be boring unless you already made billions and not having enough days to spend even 1% of what you made and I hope you're not that much rich. Trading on weekends is quite profitable because institutional traders don't use those sessions much like others so we can see less trading activity while more individual traders who just trade on weekends either using more effective strategy than yours or you just don't like other than enjoying your weekend.

and trading on holidays like saturday and sunday, it become very boring day, there are very small candles forms, and very low profit or no profit at that day.

First, Bitcoin does not follow a specific time pattern during short-term trading, and therefore the normal situation is the randomness of the price movement.
Sometimes, when the price stabilizes, trading volumes during holidays or weekends increase, and the reason for that is that traders like you and me have more free time in those days, and the closing of stock exchanges makes risk-loving users a good opportunity to try Bitcoin.

Again, everything I say is theoretical, and it is when the price is stable, and it is better to follow the support and resistance levels.

Some factors to consider i you ask me are

1: Liquidty: The level of liquidity in the market plays a role in determining the size of candles and trading volume. on weekends and holidays, liquidity tends to be lower.

2: News and events: economic data releases, earnings announcements, and other important news events tend to be scheduled during regular trading days and not on weekends.

3: Market participants: trading activity on weekends and holidays is usually lower compared to regular trading days, exactly as you guessed, the institutional traders, who account for a large portion of the trading volume, are often not active during these periods
Third one I guess would be the best explanation unless there is a news positive and in relation to this industry, investors and traders would be focusing on market charts for sure. On the usual, ofcourse they'd choose not to or to set some rest days just like if you're employed. They do tend to trade still but most of their time is just observing unlike during week days wherein they tend to gamble on some patterns because of a more active indicators. The second reason is questionable; news on my country does not pause on any day of the week simply because it is necessary for everyone.

Best viewpoint here I guess, is domino effect. Most of the traders and investors chooses to rest on weekends to give themselves a break. This generates small candles since they are not that active.

You have already pointed out the possible reason for this and I think you are right.
Since stock exchanges are working only on weekdays may be the traders are more active on crypto markets on those days too.
Besides that, if you are not finding enough volume on weekends then you should just stop trading too much probably.
Over trading can eat up your profits.

I think you are right it's because stock markets are closed on holidays so there is a good chance that the money from institutions flows from stock markets to crypto markets which in turn get better movements and better volatility thereby allow you to make better profits in just the same time frame. Othe than this we can even say a normal retail investor also is on holiday on Sunday so that also might effect this.

And aren't all markets, without exception, closed for weekends and holidays? After all, the fact is that all people should rest. It is impossible to trade without a break, because life goes on and you need to do other things. This is the condition of the markets. And I think that if a couple of them do not follow it, and will trade on the weekend, then as a result on Monday morning the quotes will be very different from those that were at the time of closing.

but financialcrypto markets are never on holidays.

Because while crypto markets are always open 24/7, not everyone trades 24/7.  Most people — especially institutional traders/investors still follow a typical 8-6 schedule.

There are days for trading most especially with crypto, there are daily traders and weekly traders but from what you said here, I have come to see that you aren't good with the weekend trade. During week days there are lots traders and learners who don't seems to understand the market very well ending up feeding the other traders while people like you who scalps enjoys every single moment of it.
The institutional traders doesn't go on holiday during weekends, as a matter of fact, that is when most of them really engaged themselves the more but it depends on how you enters the market because you can't expect all days to be the same as last week. However, always try to use 30 minutes candle and 2hrs candle to determine your entry, 3 minutes candle or charts are always confusing so as a trader make sure to interchange the candles to foresee what would come next of the market. Although scalping is the easiest trading but it requires lots of capital to gain up with the short period entry or holdings.

I trade bitcoin regularly.....
Big and small candles indicate the volatility of the market and are caused by many factors such as high and low trading volume, volatility of price, market sentiments that are played by the news cycle, and much more factors on the list. Why are they big from Monday to Friday and small from Saturday to Sunday? Less trading volume can cause a big candle in working days, like traders from crypto markets and traders of institutional markets or from stock markets, all of them do trading in working days crypto traders are already adding trading volume, and let's say when in working days, things for stock traders go wrong and now they want to diversify their assets instead they sit free. So stock traders and financial market traders put their money in crypto to diversify their money to gain profits which ultimately increases the amount of trading volume in working days. which increases the size of a candle or vice versa.

Another factor could be that Saturday and Sunday are relaxations in which most traders do not put much in crypto trading volume, for institutional traders. so overall, in working days there are more traders in the market which causes more trading volume and which increases the size of a candle in Monday to Friday. well, I must say that is good for overall markets because it keeps a pattern that normal and traditional person can understand and figure out when to put assets in the market let's say out of 100 people ten uses this (big and small candles behavior on weekend and on working days) as an indicator and try to avoid to put money in the market in the weekend which also decreases the trading volume and 1 more thing most of the big transaction are also performed b/w Monday to Friday.

I also have a question why do these institutional traders not participate in the crypto market on weekends, while they participate on working days? maybe they are just tired of working the whole week and want to spend some free time for leisure. well, there could be many factors that I can relate but I must say there should be some survey done for this question too.

Yea but institutional investors are not at work so they dont trade/invest. Retail investors like you and me knows abot that and stop trading to avoid getting caught in the trap of a false breakout on low volume in the absence of the biggest players. Scalpers see lower volume so they also quit trading.

This way, whether we like it or not, it's a weekend, even though crypto is open for trading, 95% of the time nothing happens. You can either deny it, or fight it, or adapt and go on a picnic with your family, touch the grass at least 1-2 days a week.

Cryptocurrencies aren't built around just one coin. An exchange has a huge amount of coins listed and each project has its own private and public investors, and the project teams themselves do their own market making and add liquidity to make their coins perform well in the market. And private investors and project teams take their holiday every week.  But public investors and traders like us never spend holidays that's why every coin is traded every day of the week but trade volume is slightly less during holidays. I think that's actually  happens.

How come the financial markets never close?
Stock exchanges and brokerage houses are closed on weekends and holidays.

The difference is in the crypto market, where exchanges are open 24 hours a day, every day. In turn, institutional traders are usually not working on those days. And on the other hand, private traders, on the weekends also slow down their activities a little, to be with family and friends.

In short, it is very normal on weekends and holidays for the market to slow down a bit.
